  Stayed here for 2 nights at more than $300 p/night for a 1 bedroom apartment. While the balcony was good that was about it ! Foxtel didnt work, TV had to be manually turned on as the remote couldn’t. Shower head was built up with a dribble of water for a shower and the toilet hardly flushed. Tried to have a friend up for 30 minutes to charge her phone after midnight and security stopped her, wouldn’t allow her up unless she was added to the booking. With only a maximum of three allowed on the booking at any one time. We encourage all of our guests to contact reception at any time should they encounter any issues with their TV or Foxtel, and our maintenance team has since cleared the blocked boundary valve in your apartment.Our security personnel are on-site during busy periods to maintain the safety and security of all our guests and residents, but we are sorry that you were upset by your friend not being allowed into your room after 9PM.   Looks nice online — until you’re on the toilet, backlit for the neighbours.

  Broken windows in winter. Broken Foxtel. Mould in the shower. Bathroom window inside the shower wall, overlooking the toilet, with a useless “privacy film” — enjoy being on display when the lights are on. Carpet was stained, dingy, and reeked of shortcuts — one bleached patch was hidden under furniture like we wouldn’t notice. Second apartment (after I complained) was better relatively speaking — though I could’ve done without my grandson nearly choking on a leftover chicken bone. Tried their branded “room service” via Menulog. Listed as a guest feature. Cost blew out from $83 to $131 with mystery surcharges. Cancelled it and got Uber Eats for half the price. The only redeeming part? Two lovely older women at reception who deserve better than the property they’re fronting. This place calls itself 4 stars. I'd call it: "Don't look too closely." And I'm sorry that your experience with booking through our corporate Menulog was so expensive - when you order through multiple food vendors simultaneously, each restaurant applies their own delivery charge and service fee, which explains why a fairly small (but diverse) order became so expensive! We shall certainly inform all our future guests that it's much better to order from only one restaurant if possible to avoid this bill shock.I'm sorry about the waste that you said you found on the floor, and we will consult with the apartment owner to have the carpets replaced. We have an in-house professional carpet cleaning service, so whilst I'm sure the carpets were very clean and hygienic, I'm sorry that the discolouration was noticeable for you.The film that you saw on the outside of the bathroom windows shows as reflective from outside, thereby providing privacy for guests inside whilst also retaining the fantastic views from our skyview apartments.Our maintenance team have located the malfunctioning window winder that you referred to and since repaired it. We did not however find any issues with our Foxtel (recently replaced by Foxtel Commercial Services) but I am sorry if you discovered that some channels were missing or glitchy at certain periods.We sincerely hope to welcome you back in the future.Warm Regards,Hotel Management

  2 buildings i this apartment hotel. Mix of residential and short stay accommodation. Close to Chinatown and central markets but further from CBD. Clean and tidy - a few scratches on things but no major things. My lamp may have had an accident - but it worked. Friendly, helpful staff. 24 hour reception. Breakfast is with a voucher at a Cafe around the corner. No microwave. Hotplate and oven available.   Beware of Nightclub Noise

  We had such high hopes for this property. We were on the 18th floor so the views were stunning. For the most part the apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. It is starting to look tired though and could use a refresh. The air conditioner was noisy, a couple of channels did not work on our TV and the nightclub below was SUPER LOUD! This completely ruined our night and can honestly say we will never stay there again while the nightclub is in operation. We were both so tired the next day, which was really frustrating. We understand that iStay has no control over this but perhaps we could have been given ample warning so that other measures could have been taken (ear plugs, noise cancelling earbuds/headphones, etc). For this reason we will not be recommending this accommodation either. Such a shame.   Great place for a long stay

  Good location for the airport bus, about 5 min walk. Friendly staff and an easy check in. We had a spacious 1 bedroom apartment on 14 floor in the Altitude Block. Clean 10m swimming pool and spa on 6 floor. 10 min walking distance from central market and nightlife.Definitely worth another visit.
