46 rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. 2 Night stay for a work conference at the Adelaide Zoo

I have stayed before (1 year ago) and was staying here again for 2 nights for a work conference at the Adelaide Zoo. I could walk from the hotel to the zoo easily. Cafes and restaurants are close by for meals and great coffee. The rooms were neat and clean and had everything i needed for a short stay. I would suggest perhaps providing drinking water and perhaps a shared microwave for guests to use. Unfortunately (nothing to do with the hotel) the first night i didn't get a good night sleep due to lots of loud voices and people that needed to slam doors shut. Some others at 2am decided to yell loudly as if it was the middle of the day - a suggestion to other guests to be respectful to others.

This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our Australian trip, but it was also the worst in terms of value for money. It was cramped, uncomfortable for two people to share. The 'balcony' side of the bed was always cold due to draught from window. The cleaner couldn't get into the room past our suitcase as there was nowhere else to store it. The 'artwork' over the headboard less bed was nightmarish. Certainly not a boutique hotel, more like a backpackers hostel, but less fun. Dont bring your cat, as there is no where to swing it.

Avoid disappointment and don't visit Majestic Minima

The room is extremely basic. Very firm mattress, no beside tables, no table or desk.Had to put the kettle on the floor to boil water.Only 2 coffee cups, no glasses. Air-conditioning was very poor, was struggling to cool the room down on a 27 degree day.Excellent location but would not recommend or go back.

Good rooms for overnight stay and great location. Car parking disappointing

Room was fine, location was fine. Only issue was that I had booked car parking de the booking a week prior, only to be told upon arrival that the car park was full. Had to park at the sister hotel around the corner and cart all my luggage to the hotel.

Good location, quirky artwork

Cute hotel. Conveniently located in Nth Adelaide so within walking distance to Womad, Fringe and CBD. Eating places close by. Room was adequate. I liked the artwork which is different in each room. Comfortable, large bed. Good shower pressure. Room just a bit tired. Vinyl covered stool was ripped, hot water jug the spout lid was missing and there was a patch of very worn carpet.
