    Everything we needed for a fantastic occasion

    Held my sons 21st in one of the function rooms and stayed the night. What a fantastic experience. The staff were great and so very friendly and helpful. The food provide for the party was first class and catered for all allergies, preferences and tastes. The room was very comfortable, clean and modern. Thankyou Marion Hotel. Will definitely be back

    Disappointing food

    Came here for a meal, usually to has been ok but this time had the pulled brisket sandwich and it was awful. Chunks of fatty meat, what wasn’t fatty was dry and the combo of coleslaw dressing wasn’t balanced. The meals have always been on the pricey side but usually ok, this was not worth the money.

    We recently had a joint birthday lunch, in the dining room at The Marion.We were looked after by Vanessa who went out of her was to make us feel welcome and ensure an enjoyable afternoon.And the kitchen staff did their bit too - all three of our meals were excellent.Highly recommended.     Pub food better than restaurant food!

    Yes the rooms are comfy and mattress is great! Good going! The food! Oh my god. This isn’t pub food “well it is” but it’s done to restaurant quality. The pizza has a perfect Neapolitan style base, thin light and fluffy, toppings were sensational “ I had chilli prawn.” The previous night I had the burger. It had a Big Mac style with a dill mayo and the most perfect caramelised onions. Wow. I highly highly recommend. The food I ordered was doin service for clarity.     What a fantastic night. Held nephews 21st in a function room, brilliant. Stayed the night in one of the beautiful rooms, brilliant. Function food, room service food and breakfast, brilliant. Such a beautiful hotel. Thankyou for such a good night and little staycation. Brilliant
