Had a nice stay in this small apartment (not just a hotel room) but I have an ongoing dispute about an incorrect payment they took after we had leftThe HQ of the hotel group have sent details to the hotel but heard nothing back as yet. Two weeks now since the payment was taken, one month since our stayNOT GOOD ENOUGH!

Avoid - Major Construction at 7 AM & Management Ignoring Complaints

We stayed here for two nights at the end of March, hoping for a restful break after a camping trip. Unfortunately, our stay was ruined on the second morning by heavy, unannounced construction work on the elevators starting at 7:00 AM right next to our room.I must acknowledge that the staff on-site were kind and tried to assist us by offering two alternative rooms. However, they unfortunately didn't meet the standard of the premium room we paid $315 AUD for: the first was even noisier and the second was less clean and poorly laid out.What is most disappointing is the total lack of follow-up from management. I have sent multiple emails and messages via Booking.com over the past month to request a fair partial refund of $150 AUD for the disruption. Booking.com provided a symbolic $20 refund but stated that the rest is up to the hotel. Despite this, management has completely ignored all my correspondence.The staff's kindness is wasted if the management doesn't take accountability for major service failures. I am still waiting for a professional response and a proper resolution.

Best place to stay in Adelaide

Best location in town. Free tram right at your door step, as well as shops and dining babied of all flavours and price levels. The hotel has an amazing lap pool and a sauna - perfect to relax after work. The views over North Terrace to the parklands are just stunning. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great location and room but noisy

The accommodation is in a high rise block in a great location on North Terrace, ideal for visiting most sights. It has a nice lap pool on the 3rd floor. The room was lovely and very clean. We had a lounge with comfortable sofa, chairs and table and separate bedroom. We were on the eighth floor with great views over North Adelaide and Adelaide Oval. The only problem was the noise, in the day from the building site next door, and at night a loud thumping bass music. We asked on leaving whether this was from the Asian Festival that was on at the time on the river bank, but the receptionist told us it was probably from a club a street away. The hotel provided excellent service and accommodation. I made a mistake with my booking and the reception staff and the manager on the day went out of their way to provide accommodation when there was a high demand for rooms. They did not try and take advantage of my mistake. I noticed the manager even showed great kindness to a family with 2 very young children who were involved in an incident out the front of the hotel, even though they were not guests. The room we were given was very comfortable with good amenities. the central location of the hotel was very convenient.
