Location

Located on Hindmarsh Square, the city hotel is a short drive from Clipsal 500 Circuit, Rymill Park and Adelaide Convention Centre. It is in the vicinity of the South Australian Museum, State Library of South Australia, Cleland Conservation Park, Warrawong Sanctuary, The Seahorse Farm and Migration Museum. The train station is approximately 1 km from the city hotel and Adelaide International airport is around 8 km away.

Facility

308 rooms, including 3 suites, 234 single rooms and 63 double rooms, are located on 14 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     Well located hotel in Adelaide

    The hotel is ideally located near the city centre. Check in and out was painless. We have stayed in many five star hotels across North America and the Asia Pacific and the Pullman is nearly there but not quite. The room/suite was clean and well appointed no complaints there. Housekeeping does a good job of maintaining the rooms however smaller details are lacking elsewhere. Whether that be used room service trays being left in hallways outside rooms for well over 18 hours or other items or used glasses being left in common areas for over 24 hours, these things detract from the appearance fo the hotel. We also had a poor experience in the hotel resturant one evening where our meals were forgotton. The resturant manger was lovely when addressing the issue but at this level of hotel guests expects more. If it wasn't for the Club Lounge and the lovely gentleman who was in charge there I don't think would return.     We have stayed here many times, amazing service, amazing check in, amazing bar. Tonight when we checked in Srijana at the front desk went next level and provided the best customer experience. We were late for a dinner. She organised valet, our bags taken to the room and some complimentary drinks for when we returned. I will always stay here:)

    stayed here for one night in an executive room which had a lovely view over the green.Check in staff were very welcoming and helpful.The room was very clean and a comfortable bed.

    The Pullman Adelaide was a wonderful experience from check-in through check-out.My room on the 9th floor was a good size and a very comfortable king bed as well as a decent size bathroom with shower and bath.The breakfast had a good variation of food and good coffee!A small executive lounge sits behind reception with a good size meeting room as well as drinks from 5 until 7, which were appreciated!There is a decent gym with steam room and sauna and an indoor spa and pool, so it can be used all year around.I'll be back again next time I'm in Adelaide.
