    Fantastic location for activities and work in centre of Adelaide. The apartments have all the facilities you may need including ironing boards if you ned them! They are regularly and consistently serviced. The staff are friendly and helpful, they kindly booked a taxi making my pre-dawn departure smooth and stress-free. A pleasure to stay.

    We always choose Quest on Franklin whenever we travel to Adelaide. This hotel has earned our trust thanks to its consistently good service, which is the main reason we keep returning.The staff are professional, attentive, and always ready to resolve any issue quickly to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When you experience this level of service, choosing this hotel again becomes an easy decision.We stayed in a fully equipped two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, laundry, bathroom, and comfortable living room. Everything we needed was provided, making us feel at home during our stay.Another great advantage is the location — shops, restaurants, and cafes are all close to the hotel, which makes the stay even more convenient and enjoyable.Highly recommended for both short and long stays in Adelaide.     Stayed at Quest on Franklin in Adelaide. Unfortunately, our checkout experience really let the place down.We had already arranged a slightly later checkout due to my husband recovering from a dental procedure and being in significant pain. While I completely understand housekeeping schedules, the way this was handled lacked any empathy.Instead of offering assistance (even something as simple as help with luggage), staff repeatedly knocked and told us to leave immediately, with a tone that felt unnecessarily abrupt given the circumstances. At one point, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than guests.Hospitality is about more than just policies — it’s about how you treat people, especially when they’re unwell.A little kindness would have gone a long way. Would not recommend. As members of the Quest brand, we are committed to maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.During your stay, we initially accommodated a late check-out request for 11am. We then received a subsequent request for a 12pm check-out. Check-out times beyond 11am are typically subject to additional charges; however, given the circumstances explained to us regarding your husbands dental condition, we were pleased to assist by offering an additional complimentary late check-out of 12pm.Once we passed 12pm, we followed up with your apartment via a telephone call to the room to confirm your departure, and we were advised that you require another 20 minutes. We understood that additional time might be necessary under the circumstances. Following the 20 minutes, we attempted to contact the room again but received no response. At which point our front office manager attended the apartment personally to knock and check if all was well and to confirm departure. The occupants of the apartment informed us that someone was still in the shower. Assistance with bags was not offered at that moment, as we felt it inappropriate for our staff to be in the apartment while such a personal moment was still being carried out. If the door was knocked on before the front office manager’s visit, it would have been solely due to reception's inability to reach the apartment and the subsequent request for housekeeping to verify occupancy. Our team does not recall requesting such a check with housekeeping; if this did occur, I apologise for any confusion.While we had extended leniency, you were now 40 minutes past the agreed upon departure time at which point we kindly requested that you vacate as soon as possible. I do apologise again that this has been cause of disappointment. While we always wish to extend the greatest degree of hospitality possible, we did have to be considerate of the guests due to arrive into the apartment following your departure and allow our team adequate time to prepare the apartment. If your complete needs and preferences had been communicated to us in advance, we would have been able to adjust accordingly and perhaps offer a a check out time more realistic for you and in line with your plans for the afternoon.
