DO NOT BOOK - we booked a group last year for July 2025, got email to say they have sold, so disputed the payment and was refunded by the Bank as no service provided! Now 1st week of August Manna Group have recharged the card so we are now having to dispute this again. Would have forgiven them for the 1st one, but now trying to charge again, that is ILLEGAL & totally DODGY!!!!!

Made a booking for August 2025. Several weeks after I made the booking, I received an email that the place had been sold and my booking was no longer valid. Tried to contact venue by phone and no return calls to 4 messages left. Went online to try to rebook and nothing is available.

Not what you expect from a 4.5 star hotel

We booked an Executive Family Room while attending a wedding. When we arrived, there was a “back in 5” sign on the door and no one returned—we had to leave for the ceremony and come back to check in later.The room looked fine in photos but was poorly maintained: stained carpet, marks on the walls, flickering bedside lamp, dated appliances, and curtains coming off the rail. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment—missing grout, stained toilet seat, no shampoo, and wall-mounted soap dispensers like you’d see in a public toilet.Also, long-life milk is always a disappointment—especially from somewhere claiming to be 4.5 stars.

Clean and tidy very basic room. Nice decor.Shower was not very good. Outside the rooms was a bad look with planter boxes full of what appeared to be used toilet paper or tissues and cigarette butts, not very good look for the place. Overall very clean inside room and comfortable.

We stayed in a spa room, selected this because of the balcony. Room was ok, bathroom needs some work done, the yellow spots on the toilet seat do not give a nice impression as the stained chalk. Balcony was facing the main motorway so quite noisy at times. Tea and coffee facilities were good, however no free refills of the coffee cups.Location in town center so good.
