    Disrespectful

Is the worse hotel in terms of respect. The bathroom is a hazard for anyone - is slippery and that is what happen to my father in law who fell in the bathroom. There wasn’t any report or even ask how is he or apologize the next day. We are looking into lawyer to see what is the next steps

restaurant and bar shut. no notice. not good enough for 160 a night

Looking forward to room service at end of a long day. Restaurant and bar shut for entire Adelaide Festival. No notice when I booked. No apology. Just sent 100 metres down road. Just starting a business here. Suggest you give this very very ordinary hotel a wide berth. I will.

Location is ok. 24/7 reception. That's it.

Unintentionally stayed over Valentine's Day weekend and payed $500 per night for the privilege. So many things wrong it's hard to know where to start, but here goes: The balcony was rusty in several places and not just a bit of surface rust. So, we didn't spend too much time out there. There is no paper info in the room, you are meant to scan a QR code. The problem was with patchy wifi it was hard to get info about meal times etc. Probably related to this was the fact that the TV took ages to load. We had a double room but there was only one facecloth provided. Parts of the room were showing wear and tear eg the bathroom needed a repaint. Hot drink choices in the room were limited with no decaf or hot chocolate. We had problems with meals. We were told at reception that breakfast ended at 10am. When we went down to breakfast one day at about 9:05 they were busy setting up for some corporate thing and didn't want us. Finally they agreed we could have breakfast if we hurried up. We also had a problem one evening with dinner. After checking at reception earlier that day as to whether we had to book we were told no, most people go elsewhere for dinner so no problem. When we went down to the dining room (in good time) it was shut! This was because they were holding another group thing. The night we did dine in I had the chicken schnitzel special of the day. It was just a piece of chicken and some frys. Not even a piece of greenery to make it look like a meal. As we ate the cleaner operated a vacuum cleaner in the foyer (which is only separated by a thin partition). This hotel has decided to cater for groups (weddings, hen parties, corporate functions) and is not very well focused on travellers.

    Exceptional Customer Service

    rating27 Feb 2026

Stayed at this hotel for a 2 Night staycation and on 1st night had a thunderstorm which wiped out the lifts. My wife is in a wheelchair and has limited mobility lucky we where on the 1st floor.Between the staff at the Terrace (Neil,Shiraz?and Sam the GM ) they arranged for us to move to their sister hotel just down the road as could get eta on fix for lift. This might not seem much too you but to us was above and beyond what they had to do. Made our stay a lot less stressful and my wife mind was put at ease as didn't have to climb stairs (a couple of flights), I Will be recommending your hotel to anyone I know.SO ONCE AGAIN BIG THANKYOU
