Nice quiet spot just out of the centre

    rating22 Jun 2025

Our double room with bathroom was great, AC, TV, great shower, comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities. Outside a small table and chairs. On site swimming pool, bar and restaurant, pool table and big screens. The food in the restaurant was great.

    Run down.

    rating23 Apr 2025

We have camped here last year and it was nice. This year we stayed in a room. Rooms are very run down. Not worth the money at all. Camp-sites nice. Pool area needs attention. Sad as it looks as if with a little TLC it would be great again. Next time we will go back to camping. AMF

    Sub standard accommodation.

    rating07 Apr 2025

Very pleasant welcome at reception. All staff we met were helpful and friendly. Nice restaurant. We were disappointed with standard of cleanliness in the cabin. Extremely basic. TV has 3 channels none of which were of interest to us. AC is noisy and fan appears unstable. Toilet and shower is outside. Again standard of cleanliness is sub standard. Be prepared to meet wild life in the toilet! Path to toilet infested with green ants. Really wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I would highly recommended this property with great food onsite as well.

Originally was 1 night but had car problems, stayed another 3 in Motel room, was sufficient and Manager lady was exceptionally helpful. Food was nice and best steak I had in my 4 weeks of travelling. All staff friendly, being on the edge of town made it what I would say more pleasant and perhaps safer. For what’s around it was great for meals also, breakfast onsite as well.

    Ripped off - 70's motel - tomorrow's prices

    rating12 Jan 2025

Paid a small fortune for 3 nights in one of the motel style rooms. The online pictures are a deception.Bathroom and kitchen (brown and mustard) are 30 years out of date.Parts of the kitchen facia were rotten (where it joins the floor).Curtains had quite a lot of holes in them.Breakfast was offered at $20 ph, but at their Sister hotel, 6k's away.It was clean and tidy. Aircon v noisy but it worked well. One of the ceiling fans also made a racket so we had to switch off.If I'd paid half ...it would have been ok, but at approx $1K for 2 adults, two teenage kids, it was massively overpriced.Restaurant quality also pretty poor, but I understand good food is very difficult to find in Katherine, so they are probably on par with everywhere else unfortunately.
