Location

This hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Alice Springs’ bustling cultural, shopping and business centre. It is a convenient pick up point for the many local sightseeing tours available in and around Alice Springs, making the resort the perfect base for exploring the outback attractions in and around the town. Kings Canyon is a 3.5-hour drive away and Ayers Rock can be reached in 4.5 hours. Alice Springs Airport is 15 km from the resort.

Facility

The resort has a lift and features 136 non-smoking rooms, including 2 single rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.     Well located on the edge of town, so you can get there (and leave) easily. Some other hotels IMHO are too far outEasy check in and a lovely spacious room, breakfast was nice and the restaurant was VERY nice.     Best thing about this hotel is the location. The worst thing was the restaurant.     This is the second or third time here. It’s a gem. Close to town, king room spacious and clean, pool facilities fantastic, restaurant and food brilliant (portions very large!) and great value (at this time of year anyway). I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Operations Manager Britt. She is a star in this place and a huge asset to the Accor brand.     Well maintained but ageing

    Great staff from booking to checking-out. Perfectly clean property. Efficient AC. Enjoyable pool. However the resort layout and our room features look old fashioned. For instance there was no handheld shower with a hose in the shower, only a fixed showerhead , and there was no shower at all in the bathtub (how to rinse?). Room service options were also very limited. To sum up, current management seemingly makes the most of the buildings, but renovations would be welcome.
