    I found this accommodation to be good and clean. Yes it's dated, it's your classic old-school Motel with a courtyard in the middle. But it was very safe and secure. Very friendly and helpful ladies on reception. I did have a shower problem where the shower-head was spraying every which way but down lol. But they fixed it immediately! The Breakfast in the Bella Alice restaurant was extremely good and very tasty and filling. Great portions! I also enjoyed dinner there. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I stayed 6 nights solo, in a standard Double room. The bed was very comfortable, good shower pressure, and daily housekeeping. I also liked the ease of access to Todd Mall and close surrounding shops and amenities.

    While this hotel is located in a convenient downtown location it is much in need of a makeover. It has had no updates in years, not very clean, and is more like a motel. We have to walk through a parking garage and up a very dirty elevator to our outside entry. The towels were frayed. I can’t recommend it.

    Very disappointing stay at Stay at Alice Springs Hotel. I travel a lot for work and this hotel couldn’t provide the basics. The guest laundry was dark with no working lights (reception already knew), there’s no power point next to the bed to charge your phone, and the air-conditioning was very noisy and not cooling properly (same issue for my colleague). The bathroom was in poor condition, and even a bottle of water costs $7.Not recommended.

    Very good budget hotel in heart of Alice Springs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Stored our bags while on a trip for a few days. Clean and a bit dated. Felt safe. Only downside when we were there a very noisy large indigenous family shouting until 2am then back up at 6am.

    Disgusted!2 out of 2 bookings not honoured in SA, Australia.1st booking cancelled confusingly because our son at 22 years old was too young.They have a anti child policy.Then 2nd booking cancelled because they sold the property.How misleading???Sent me an email after cancelling booking to say they had listed the property for sale...BS...no noticeSo none of them have refunded...they have our money & it's now it's late October in Australia.....Horrible
