    excellent location & amenities

    rating21 Mar 2026

beautiful historical building, that was once a bank. fantastic location, across the road from central train station in the central business district, with numerous eating options within walking distance, a pub across the road and next door to a supermarket. The rooms have separate bedroom, with full-size kitchen, bathroom with washer/dryer and comfortable loungeroom, with wall mounted flat screen televisions in the bedroom & lounge.the service at reception was excellent, with a concern for guest experience and comfort. the bed was super comfortable & my only negative comment was the pillows were too high. the linen was crisp, clean & luxurious. in the bathroom, i really liked the deluxe toiletries. the linens were great quality however i wasnt impressed with the small sized bath towels. i really hated the high step up into the shower/bath tub - it was really dangerous with no grab rails & a lack of shower curtain or screen to keep water from splashing out onto the bathroom floor. mixed together, it was a precarious feat to survive. i slept quite well, found the room quiet & comfortable with the air conditioning. the huge window overlooking the street had block out curtains & i couldn't hear the traffic. Great Location

    rating28 Feb 2026

This was an ideally located hotel in Brisbane. Its literally directly across the street from the Central Train Station, so if you want to take the AirTran into the city from the airport, this makes it a breeze. my room came with a kitchenette and had a washer/dryer in it which I was not expecting. I'm not sure if all the rooms have that or I just happened to inadvertently book one. Its a 5 minute walk to tons of shopping and dining options and was easy to get around. Wifi worked great and front desk staff was very kind. All in all would definitely recommend. DM Anzac, Guest Services / Front Office at Adina Brisbane Anzac Square, responded to this review Dear U1690MEmelissasThank you very much for your stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel Anzac Square and for your great review. We’re pleased to hear that our convenient location and in‑room amenities helped make your stay enjoyable. It’s also wonderful to know that you found it easy to explore the nearby shopping and dining options, and that our Wi‑Fi and front desk team left a positive impression. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back on your next visit to Brisbane.Best RegardsJuan | Duty Manager

    Great place to stay.

    rating27 Sept 2025

We stayed here twice on our recent bucket list Australian holiday (025). On our arrival the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that there is a short flight of steps from the pavement to reception but once inside there are lifts. Our first apartment stay was on the 3rd floor and faced Ann Street, our second on our return a couple of days later, was on the 2nd floor and overlooked Anzac Square. Of the two, the second apartment was quieter, although we did not have a lot of noise from Ann Street, but we were aware of its traffic. Both apartments were clean, well appointed and fit for their purpose. These apartments are well sited for local bus and train transport and the costs for both are extremely reasonable, with a Go Card. For us it was easy to visit Australia Zoo and the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary from here. On Monday to Friday's there is a supermarket just next door, handy for provisions for a day out. I would definitely recommend staying here. DM Anzac, Guest Services / Front Office at Adina Brisbane Anzac Square, responded to this review Dear AndrewThank you for choosing to stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel Anzac Square and for sharing your detailed feedback. We are delighted to learn that our service consistently met your expectations and that you would confidently recommend us as a preferred accommodation. Traffic Noise is a Major Problem

    rating14 Jul 2025

I stayed for two nights in an apartment on the corner of Ann and Edward Streets and the traffic noise was terrible. The attempt at soundproofing by inserting a thin pane of glass inside the heritage-listed windows was almost useless. Three lanes of traffic on Ann Street outside the bedroom continued until very late at night, then began again in the early hours of the morning. When I was told there were no quiet rooms available I tried to cancel my second night but at that stage I had to pay in full whether I stayed or not. At a cost of $600 for the two nights I expected to at least be able to sleep. I would rate this as the worst place I have ever stayed. DM Anzac, Guest Services / Front Office at Adina Brisbane Anzac Square, responded to this review Dear Frenchleave2025Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We truly value your comments regarding your recent experience with us.We’re pleased to hear that both the location and the cleanliness of the room contributed positively to your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the street noise you encountered during your stay. While this is unfortunately beyond the hotel’s control, we understand how disruptive it can be. To better accommodate you in the future, we’ve added a note to your profile to ensure a quieter room away from the street is assigned. We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back again soon for a total different experience.Best Regards,Juan | Duty Manager
