    Very nicely presented residential apartments. Very Central too. By taxi, 15 Minutes from the Airport and 10 minutes to the CBD. Situated amid many restaurants and a short drive to both Eagle farm and Doomben racecourses. We will definitely return and strongly recommend this accommodation.

    Where to begin? Everything was a solid 10/10. Location was incredible, right beside a grocery store, restaurant, bakery, coffee, ferry and playground for the kiddos. Very walkable to the river pathway. Facilities were well-kept and clean (access to bbqs, pool, and front-desk service). We had a 2-bedroom, which was modern, clean and spacious for 2-adults and 2-young children. We found it to be quiet, and with all the kitchen utensils we needed. The biggest kudos I have is for the staff. Weeks prior to our international arrival, I spoke with Holly about arranging a surprise in the room for my husband (it was his birthday on our arrival). She helped to arrange/pick-up cake, decorations, a few drinks, and balloon bouquets for his special day. Although I never got to thank her in person, her warmth and enthusiasm for this project was apparent in our email communications. She even went the additional step to provide little cards for each of my kids welcoming them to Australia (it was their first time). They loved it and it meant a lot to us; words cannot express our gratitude. The positive staff encounters did not end there, the rest of the front end staff were always kind to us with any request or inquiry. We had a situation come up with avis across the street, and the hotel staff provided us with a location to regroup, even though we checked out. It is no surprise to me the numerous amount of high-reviews they've received. This group has worked hard on making the hotel an exceptional place to stay in Brisbane.

    We stayed 5 nights in a 2+2 prior to our cruise. Great room with a washer and dryer, fitness center and a pool. The pool is not large but a good place to cool off. Great area with plenty of great restaurants and things to do. Everything was wonderful, from check in to check out. Super clean and everything you need. Fully stocked kitchen. Will definitely return.     Stayed here for the night arranged by Jetstar because my flight home was cancelled 5 mins before boarding, I had been awake since 1:30 as I had a shuttle coming as I had a mini holiday with my sister in the Gold Coast , anyhow after spending 8 hours in the airport I decided to go to the hotel and wait in the lounge for check in , staff were very friendly and efficient and did everything they could to get us to our rooms as quick as they could, they were waiting on Jetstar to confirm names but this had took a few hours, so they said we’re just going to allocate your rooms anyway , I thought this was very nice of the staff.I stayed in room 309, A great apartment for the night and also I was given $30 charge back to the room for dinner, that could be used at 4 different restaurants, bed were so nice a king koil mattress that you couldActually purchase, they are the best I had one when I lived in nz. Great information in the room, after catching up on a little 💤 I had a night swim to relax, it was perfect. Everything apart from me not being able to get the bedroom tv working but that was no deal breaker as there was a huge tv in the lounge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I visited Brisbane.     The location was on the River and in a very nice neighborhood, with plenty of places to eat and a grocery store within feet of the hotel. The rooms were laid out perfect, with a full kitchen and washier/dryer. The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. I would highly recommend the hotel and would stay at the location again.
