    Stayed one night. Next morning toulet was blocked. Very bad paint job, very old fixtures. No luggage storage so we had to drag bags around until we could leave for Port.

    Poor customer service. We had booked ages ago for 1 night stay ( non refundable room). Turns out a cyclone happened and our flights were only cancelled the day before we were due to stay (given the uncertanty of the cyclone and frequent change in direction, speed etc). We understand we were booked in a non refundable room, we were simply wanting to be moved dates given our flight was cancelled due to the weather events.I emailed the hotel ( with no reply back). the day my flight was cancelled to ask to be moved to another night as our flights had been rebooked for 2 days later. My booking agency also contacted the hotel on my behalf. The hotel staff have been very difficult to deal with, refusing to move my stay to another night (even a week day which is usually cheaper than a weekend stay and there was availability!). We were even happy to pay the same higher amount even though it was advertised cheaper for the week night. They also refused to give a refund even though our trip was cancelled due to a natural disaster out of our control.Hotel staff have not been accommodating in regard to there being a cyclone and weather event out of my control. Very poor customer service. We even have been refunded for a hotel in Fiji (non refundable) that we also were not able to get to due to connecting flights being cancelled due to this weather event. It appears Fiji even have better customer service than this property in Brisbane!

    Good location. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was growing mould and it was clear that the room hadn’t had a deep clean for a while. There was dirt and mould around windows. There were some rusty patches in shower, which didn’t have purpose. Room was a lot smaller than advertised.

    Terrible, we booked a Queen Deluxe and received a very standard room, looked nothing like the the pictures, was on the ground floor, no security, some clown reversed parked a V8 twincab in front of our door, broken curtain, and the room stunk of cigarette smoke, and the cherry was the full rubbish skip a couple of metres away.

    the only good thing about this place is that I didn't pay for it.....it's a dump. Don't stay here. There are plenty of other place if you need to be close to the airport. Thankfully there's a pub nearby.........no way I'm going to try the restaurant here.Don't stay here.
