    The motel was unhygienic overall. There were spiders (pests) on the ceiling. The carpet was heavily stained and very dirty. The toilet was cracked. The chairs in the room were unclean. Breakfast was provided however it was limited to only cereal, which I did not consume.The photos on the motel’s website do not accurately represent the property. I would not recommend staying here.

    I had a great stay at Best Western Airport 85 Motel. The room was spotless, modern and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was excellent and the room was quiet, which made for a very good night’s sleep.The staff were friendly, professional and helpful from check-in to check-out. Everything was well organised, and communication was clear, including after-hours arrangements.The location is extremely convenient, especially for airport access, and parking was easy. Breakfast was simple but fresh and well prepared, a nice start to the day.Overall, this motel is very well maintained and offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and hassle-free stay near the airport.

    I would not recommend something bad has happened in this hotel and is going on in this hotel we got there around 7:30 ish at night and went swimming in pool straight away we tryed to go bed around 11:30 and found a pillow in the cupboard with blood splattered all over it we then got worried bc there was a blood trail outside everywhere and blood splatters on back shed we could not sleep then we found blood splatters on roof tiny bits and blood marks on floor like someone’s removed it with bleach and on the welcome door thing there’s a mark that looks like someone’s tried to remove blood with bleach and blood marks all over bed and behind like someone has been killed in this hotel and on the blue chair has a hand print bloody mark my little sister is terrified and probably has to go to counseling now bc she can’t sleep she stayed up the whole night till 5 till we went to airport she wouldn’t Evan sit down she was sitting on a suitcase the whole night in the room there was hair all over bed we have photos of everything coming soon .     A TERRIBLE NIGHT STAY VERY DIRTY ROOM BROKEN DANGEROUS SHOWER

    TERRIBLE PLACE _ DON'T STAY HERE : Reasons why..Read onThe room did not look like the photos on booking.com.It was dirty, I wouldn't sit on the chair in the room as it was so grubby, the carpet was dirty it made our feet black! The shower door was broken and dangerous, the toilet seat was loose and back of toilet was cracked. There was dirt in the wardrobe and when I shifted the chair the dust was built up all around the skirting board and obviously had not seen a vacuum in quite some time, there was one window high up in the room. Certainly not good enough and if I had realized when I checked in what it was like I would not have stayed. I did not expect 5 star but I did expect it to be clean. I did speak to the staff when checking out but the manager was not available. She did say she would tell the manager and I asked for an email with an explanation. I flew home to NZ and still have had no email 2 days later. The staff also told me the motor inn was fully booked for the night we stayed. This was not a last minute booking.
