    Great location, but terrible maintenance and outdated facilities.

    I stayed at Bridgewater Apartments for 4.5 months. While the location is very central and the river view is beautiful, the overall experience was frustrating due to several issues:Air Conditioning: This was the biggest issue. For the first two months, it made a constant, loud noise that woke me up throughout the night. Eventually, it broke down completely and was never repaired, making the heat unbearable.Outdated Apartment: The unit and the furniture are obsolete. Additionally, the interior doors do not have locks, which was very inconvenient.Poor Sleeping Conditions: There is no way to properly darken the bedroom; the blackouts provided are insufficient to block out the light.It is a shame that such a great location is overshadowed by poor maintenance and outdated amenities. I would not recommend staying here if you value comfort and responsive management.

    Dirty, shower was falling off the wall, bed linen had toenails, pubic hair and dead skin in the bed. Shabby furniture, dated and many cleanliness issues. Gym equipment broken, crap tea and coffee. $200 deposit .

    The apartment was in a dismal state. Routine maintenance has been overlooked for years with decrepit kitchen cabinets flaking and falling apart. The bathroom left us feeling more unclean using it than if we had skipped showering all together. There was so much mould and built up soap scum. The walls throughout were all heavily marked and the carpet dirty and threadbare. This apartment was grossly overpriced for a disheveled slum.

    Have stayed here many times over the past 6 years. Unfortunately, this is the last time. Management has changed and apart from the wonderful location, Bridgewater apartments have fallen well below accepted standards. The rooms and furnishings are shabby and poorly maintained. The kitchens have barely enough basic equipment with many items missing or unusable. The reception staff, all of whom have changed since our last visit were unwelcoming and unhelpful. The basic prices have increased considerably with no discount for return visitors.

    Good location. Apartments needs renovating as it's very dated and lots of maintenance required. Some cupboard doors don't close properly, the lounge, carpet and curtains are very worn. The pool area is nice as is the view from the apartment.
