  What a dump!

  This place is a total hole. The room stank of stale cigarette smoke - and smoking hasn’t been allowed in hotels for decades! Room was tired and awful. It’s another hotel room that’s stuck a microwave on a shelf, so it can be reclassified as an ‘apartment’. The parking gates wouldn’t open, which was a worry as we had valuable luggage. Avoid, just dreadful.

  The good staff great flexible professional and willing to help with room choices based on ur needs like kids health etc. I had the loft once and was ok for a day but after 4 days up and down the loft my double knee surgery was being an ass. So when I booked the is Time my 6th stay I told him and made sure I had room suitable. The location perfect in heart of fortitude valley food drinks noise but ok for me some will not Like the weekend noise. Parking 15 a night secured in out as much as u want. This was my first time in one bedroom apartment layout perfect huge balcony. Beds ok last one close to end of lifeDownside every unit i have been in bathrooms are aging quickly the hot water is turn on go shopping and have dinner then go back have shower (I’m joking don’t do that ) but takes about 5mins for any sort of hot water, for a hotel the pressure in shower is so hard it hurts I’ve traveled the world never had this problem before lol. Lounge was disgustingly gross I used beach towel to sit on no AC or ceiling fan in bedroom so very hot. No tv so first time in 20 years trying to fall asleep not watch tv. Ended up on disgusting lounge asleep. Tv in lounge a 400 year old Sony relict no internet as Java script stopped being made or updated for it many many moons ago. They give you nice washing machine but no dryer so what’s the point of washing if no where to dry. Due to my knee prob the desk put me right next to elevator hmmm so all rsjhgaggojuest nite BING BONG BING BONG BING BONG. Why it had to announce itself all night gas got me can’t it be on a timer. Then the clients are mostly self centered people who don’t know how to fit into a civilized community. I except the party life on weekend but the idiots on my floor all night open door slam door chat chat chat all down then hall bing bong still chatting then the next idiots the same like they are the only ones staying there. I’m not sure if some of the slamming dooors all day and night was payback for people slamming the doors all night and day. Home much are soft closing doors then the cooking of some pungent spicy food at midnight I could smell from lobby. Security is good door locked at 5pm to 8am I think it was need card. But u can not buzz any one or food or courier in you have to go to them in lobby. I’m lazy would love to sit in undies order food in the apartment have food delivered but hey can’t have it all. I will stay again for sure except be picky with room Must have tv in bedroom ceiling fan or AC Dyer not near god dam 8*^$4* elevator The staff friendly felt with Asian man and blond guy over my stays and they are good to get advice on the room and explain place well.

  We stayed here for 2 months, we are travelling Australia and loved it, amazing location, good apartments and facilities the staff where very friendly. The receptionist Jack went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, he was always happy to help! We will definitely stay here again when we return to brisbane♡

  Very central spot if you have business to do in the area or are there to visit and party! All precincts are in walking distance, so is the Story bridge and the river. Great setting! Nice apartment with all you need. Balcony was a bonus! A bit loud, but hey you are in that area. It would have been nice to have milk for the coffee on the second morning though.. only milk for one night, and not for the 2 booked…

  Liked the location, parking after hours check in via key in safe, and that's it.The room was dirty. The sheets were stained. A for was taking apart as hinge was completely off the wall. Towel rail broken. The cushions of the sofa was ripped and turned to the sunny way. Liked the cleaner didn't care of did their job at all.Spoke to the receptionist, didn't really acknowledge the issue, didn't apologise and only days the cleaner should be coming later this week.Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Have photos to prove these issues.Never, ever going back.
