    Epitome of luxury stays. The Frangipani penthouse suite is unlike any other penthouse we have stayed at. The staff and the guest relations manager Bobby, made organising my wife's birthday surprise a simple task. The service is amazing and we were looked after very well.     The room was spacious, elegant and very modern. The bar & wine fridge was a nice touch. The lifts were a nice touch with different video experiences especially the shark. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and the wine cellar were both wonderful experiences. Definitely would stay there again!     A memorable weekend away.

    Stayed in a Cabana next to the rooftop swimming pool for Mother's Day weekend and had a wonderful time. Staff were magnificent: engaging, polite, efficient and attentive without being over-bearing. Food was excellent too. Plenty of loungers to relax in the sun, otherwise having a coffee on our little, private veranda in front of the cabana. Saturday night, my wife and I returned to our room after dinner out with our sons and their partners to find we were the only people on the terrace by the pool. We sat there, just the two of us, (plastic) glass of sparkling in hand, looking out across the blue lit pool at the lights of the city and the clear night sky. A truly memorable experience. On Sunday we again were joined by our boys for the High Tea in Belle Epoque, which was delicious and great value. Thanks Emporium for a brilliant weekend.     An unbelievable experience from beginning to end. Beautiful, spotless room, well appointed, very comfy bed and with an impressive view.
