    i stayed for 2 nights for a conference. excellent centrally located, overlooking the river & close to so many amenities, will woolworths supermarket on the same block - for either take away options or self-catering. the room was well equipped to be self-sufficient with full kitchen & laundry facilities. the bed was reasonably comfortable with crisp linen. the bathroom provided excellent quality toiletries.the room was quiet & clean. the lounge was comfortable to sprawl out & relax.

    Great apartments we had the 2 bedroom apartment, which was fabulous with big beds. Location was excellent, there was a Woolies close by and a bottle shop , there were also restaurants and coffee shops . Walking distance to everything we needed. Would certainly stay again.

    The car parking was tiny, very hard to park and check in as it’s on a corner and all yellow lines are in the street. There are only 2 car spots to check in. The card for the car parking didn’t work to go up the ramp like they suggested, so we went down instead as someone else let us in. My daughter was spoken to rudely when she went to get another card as we didn’t apparently do as she said! The car parking is $40 for one night, which is ridiculous. Someone knocked on our door at 08:30, walked in and wanted to clean the room, even when we said we hadn’t left yet. Mind you we weren’t able to get an earlier check in but they have people wanting to clean rooms at 08:30! When I told them at check out, they tried to convince me the cleaner but have mistaken the room, well maybe get a better system where they known which rooms are empty!

    All in all, a pretty nice stay.I had a single bedroom apartment. it was clean, spacious and comfortable.Fully self contained including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. It great to have these comforts.The biggest issue is the noise from the lifts. It's like living next to a train station and get super busy from around 5AM.

    False advertising!I was so disappointed with my stay here! It was supposed to be my time to get away from life stresses for a few days and relax, enjoy the view, watch some movies etc. I left feeling more tired, stressed and with a much lower bank balance!Advertised as having satellite and cable TV channels and free wifi, I chose this place over others, it sounded perfect for lazing about. There were NO satellite/cable channels, not even all the free to air channels! Yes, there was wifi and there was Netflix on the TV (the only streaming app) but the wifi was so weak I couldn't watch anything! It lagged then just dropped out. There was a DVD player so off I went to JB & grabbed a few... but that didn't work either! The staff member at the front desk said he'd tell the manager to contact me, but I heard nothing back from him/her during my 4 nights there!Besides that, I couldn't have relaxed in that place anyway. The room I was in was next to the lifts. They are so loud - all day and night. I barely slept, even with earplugs shoved in. Oh & it smelt like sweat!On top of this, when I arrived and went to have dinner there were dirty dishes put away in the cupboard! There are some good things about the place (most staff helpful, location is good, has a bath, spacious) but overall I was really disappointed with this. For such an expensive apartment, this place is not worth it.
