  I was in a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights, the rooms were clean beds nice and not too hard or soft and I could sleep. T V in our room was great and so was the movies. service great could never complain. too good to be true but it was that good. All staff very friendly and went out of their way to help me in every way they could especially the front officer manager Belinda Setiawati. We had enough lining and towels and I spent 4 hours in own hot spar with a TV etc from 6pm to 10pm looking over the town and could see some of the story bridge it all look grate as well just lying back in a lite up spar wow.   Not a pleasant experience. Located in Fortitude 'SLUM' Valley. This establishment is smack bang in the middle of 'Tweakerville', surrounded by Adult Entertainment Businesses attracting the lowest 1% of the population. WiFi/Internet out for 2 days, their offer of Compensation, 1 hour later checkout, I was overwhelmed by their generosity, a true reflection of their business model. Don't let the pictures fool you.   Take your money elsewhere we had 2 grown adults that did not drink stay in a room for less than 8hrs upon leaving was hit with $150 charge for damages that are finger nails sizes that looked old. When asking where exactly the damage was they could not provide that information. Do not book with your credit card as it seems they do this to all credit card holders.   Stayed for business. It was a mistake

  Room was tired, springs broken in furniture, roller blinds ragged, and just doesn’t have the feel of a hotel. The tower I was in seemed more like a residential building. Access in and out of by Uber isn’t great. Location is great for a party, not for a business trip.   Whoever gave this place 4* must have been smoking something: it is a budget hotel with paper-thin walls, cheap linen and towels and a budget attitude. It is in a seedy area with several strip clubs on the same block and a number of drug/alcohol addicts living on the streets.We arrived at 10pm tired and hungry after a long journey. The front door was locked (it is locked after 7pm, presumably because of the location of the hotel), and the bell wasn’t working so we spent 5-10mins trying the bell and knocking unsuccessfully despite the receptionist walking past the door twice. This was uncomfortable because a drunk man on the street behind us was threatening his girlfriend, shouting that he would “smash her f*g face in”. Obviously this isn’t the hotel’s fault but it is a consequence of its location.Eventually another resident let us in. We asked the receptionist for some restaurant recommendations, but the 3 places he suggested were all closed or had stopped serving food. Again, maybe not his fault, but in a hotel where you don’t serve food you should really check out some local options and serving hours for your guests. We couldn’t find anything other than fast food options, and ended up having burritos in the doorway of a takeaway, watching a druggie vomiting into a bin. Not their fault, but…So much is wrong with this place that it would be boring to list it all, but it took 2 days for them to divide one of the beds into singles (which the receptionists, to their credit, did themselves because housing keeping had once again gone off shift without doing it), and 3 days to fix the air conditioning, which was stuck on. That’s 3 days being cold in the apartment.If I’d paid a budget price I’d go with it, but these guys are charging for a far better deal than they provide.Brisbane is a lovely city with lots of great options; do yourself a favour and don’t spoil it by staying here.
