    Friendly staff. Dropped our bags early and went for a walk around the city before check-in. Room was fine, could do with some TLC.

    The room was clean but very dated. Staff were lovely. The room was next level tiny making it uncomfortable. I have never been to a hotel that there was paint missing off of the wall due to having to squeeze past to get into bed. The aircon was so noisey. Would not stay here again.

    Clean and functional room for a one night stay whilst driving down the gold coast. Our 10 year old enjoyed having her bed in a separate part of the room that gave her space. Tea and coffee facilities were available and a massive TV with so many channels. The location is ideal for exploring Brisbane and the public car park was close by. We thought the hotel parking was difficult to access and find, having a rental car it looked very tight to enter, so we decided to use the public car park.

    To find a hotel at this price right in the heart of the CBD is great I just needed a place to sleep first one nightYes, the room was small but I wasn’t planning a party! It was clean and had all I needed and was only a short walk from where I needed to beIdeal for one night stopover

    Smallest room I have ever stayed in. No room for 2 suitcases to be opened. Not big enough for a couple at all. Feet hung over the end of bed and we are average height.When I queried that we were offered an upgrade reception said we had been given one.Best thing about hotel was close to train station
