  Absolute Theives If 0 rating was allowed. Do not stay here they will rip you off an steal money off your credit card . Deny it tell you it didn’t happen even when you have the proof .   Gone downhill. Disappointing.

  Gone downhill. Bathroom absolutely stunk from either the drain or the airvent. The shower curtain was mouldy. They replaced it when asked the following day with one that was far too short so that water went all over the floor. Indian man in reception was rude. Hallways need vacueming. Breakfast is pretty good and the wsit staff are friendly and helpful.The accessible rooms ( wheelchair) are a good size. I stayed 5 nights. And although I've stayed here 4 times for usually a week at a time I probably won't be back.   Great stay in Brisbane

  Stayed here for a few days in July. The rooms were clean and small. All the rooms are the same size so my family of 4 needed 2 rooms. They did a good job of making the rooms look bigger than they are.The morning breakfast was the highlight! Coming from the U.S. I wasn’t expecting much but I was greatly surprised. There was a huge spread of food every morning, fresh eggs, a potato, breakfast beans, a meat, yogurts, fresh fruits, and beverages. It was a great start to a day of walking and traveling around the area. If you have a vehicle, the car park is a tight squeeze if you have a van. The lobby has a small bar if you need a night cap.If we ever get back to Brisbane, I would stay here again.

  Practical Brisbane CBD Option for Work Trips

  I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Brisbane Central as a business traveller during the week of 9 March 2026.Check-in took about five minutes, and staff were pleasant.The room, on level 6 overlooking Wharf Street, was comfortable, although the bed had what I think was a waterproof-style underlay, and the humidity left the room feeling a little damp. Noise wasn’t too bad and was about what you would expect from a city hotel. During my stay, there was construction of an apartment tower directly opposite the hotel, so mornings were a little noisier, but it was certainly manageable.The room had a built-in desk, ample power outlets and USB charging points, as well as a functional, clean bathroom, but no microwave.Hotel Wi-Fi was available in room, though I used mobile data.The gym was small but well maintained, with one upright exercise bike, one elliptical machine, two treadmills, and free weights. The hotel also offered a breakfast buffet, which covered the basics.Overall, it is a convenient, value-for-money, no-frills option near Central Station. I would stay again for work, but would opt for something a little more upmarket for leisure.

  I had a wonderful stay at the hotel from 10 February to 11 February 2026 & from 20 February 2026 to 21 February 2026, and I would like to commend the team for their outstanding service throughout my visit.From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, efficient, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and they made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.During my stay, every staff member I encountered — from housekeeping to the restaurant team — was consistently polite, friendly, and proactive. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, ensuring it was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked each day.What truly stood out was the team’s professionalism and warm hospitality. They were always ready to assist with a smile, making my stay seamless and enjoyable.Thank you to the entire team for delivering such excellent service.
