The hotel is located within walking distance of both the South Bank Parklands and Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Performing Arts Centre is a 2-minute drive from Brisbane's city centre. The hotel is an 800 m walk from the legendary Gabba Grounds, opposite the Mater Children's Hospital, and a 20-minute drive from Brisbane domestic and international airports.

Facility

The hotel has 2 lifts and features 67 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected.     One of my fave hotels in Brisbane - hard to go past when considering where to stay. Staff warm and welcoming, location excellent and with plenty in walking distance (including GABBA for sport and Southbank Station for travel), comfortable and well appointed rooms. It is next to a well-known Brisbane theatre, so there is a little noise spill from it when events are on - ask to not be at the back of the building to mitigate this.

    This hotel is very welcoming. The room was extremely clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The toiletries in the shower excellent. Parking is free. There are lots of food place around it. It was central to where I needed to be. It definitely was great value. I will definitely stay at this property again when I come to Brisbane.

    Stayed one night after day surgery at Greenslopes Hospital. Quick check in. Ate at New Alley ( very Good).The hotel was very clean and comfortable and would stay again.Previous guest to the room had unpluged tv from power and plug from box to tv. Reception member corrected the problem very quickly.Had breakfast at Fables next to hotel.

    Loved this hotel from the amazing staff service, the quiet room and the spectacular breakfast buffet. We paid nearly $500 for 2 nights which is twice what we would normally be willing to pay but it was worth it for the convenient location. The buffet breakfast was definitely well worth $25 and had lots of gluten-free options. I also loved the coffee machine which was available 24 hours a day. Gorgeous water fountain out the back too. Free parking was very handy. Bed was comfy and hot water pressure was amazing. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

    Good room, convenient location, but overall not great experience

    While the room was lovely and great location to the Princess Theatre where I was going to a gig that night, unfortunately the next morning put a dampen on things when someone (assuming housekeeping) stormed into my room at 8am, no knocking or anything. Let's just say I got quite a huge shock as I was still in bed. Staff might need some more training to know if a room is occupied or not as its not a nice feeling to have someone just storm into your room while you are still in bed and give you the fright of your life.
