    Absolutely speechless.​I checked in to an array of screens that mimicked the self-service kiosks of a McDonald's dining room. While I understand I checked in fairly late, all of my previous experiences here were face-to-face.​Upon entering my room, there was absolutely no information available on how to obtain food or water. There was no information sheet, card, or digital guide on how to contact the kitchen or reception.​Keeping in mind this total lack of information and my late arrival, I returned to reception to ask about room service or options to eat at 10:00 PM. I was handed a "late menu" with no instructions on how to actually place the order or who to speak to.​I eventually attempted to order face-to-face. My first and second options (both at the top of the price list) were unavailable. While that happens, being charged $35 for what amounted to a scoop of leftover butter chicken is insulting. To add insult to injury, given the lack of volume and content to the meal, I received a call to my room that I needed to collect it myself. The lack of customer service is evident. ​I am not one to leave negative feedback. However, when I requested a manager's or guest relations' email address to begin a constructive conversation about this, I was simply handed a QR code that directed me to TripAdvisor. The staff literally did not have a suitable direct contact to hand out.​I understand that technology is changing the way we do business, but right now, Ibis has changed too much, too soon, and the customer experience has greatly suffered

    A convenient, not so cheap, hotel for an early flight. The smallest double bed ever, in a room devoid of any artwork or decoration, like a prison cell.
