    Has to be just about the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Parking is completely unclear as is check in. Parking is also paid. The room was underwhelming and despite advertising the location isn't particularly convenient. Had several taxis refuse to take us home from Suncorp Stadium due to road closures that are standard for football events. Paid for breakfast, for a completely flat toasted croissant, inedible fruit salad and orange juice. Despite the booking being for 2, apparently paying for breakfast only covered 1. Can't believe there is even a charge for that breakfast, absolutely disgusting. Glasses in the bar, dirty. Like clear lipstick on wine glasses. Morning staff were clearly not interested in being there. The ONLY redeeming quality of this place were the afternoon/evening staff that were super helpful. Price for the room was wildly high considering what it was. Booked through booking.com - which I think means you get the absolute lowest quality rooms.

    Rooms were clean.Small but had everything you needed.Great little cafe Nextdoor for breakfast. Small bar with coffee and small breakfast and lunch deli food available. Good location.Major negative was the insanely steep ramp into the validated car parking space. Our factory market car ( which is slightly lower than standard car) could not get into the parking lot. We damaged the under surface of the front of our car. Luckily there is a much easier carpark to enter two doors up from hotel at a slightly higher price but worth it as the parking bays are larger.

    Was booked here for 7 nights on pre paid accommodation so couldn’t move. Honestly not a nice property though and I can’t believe Mantra has their name on this. My room smelt so badly of sewerage that I went and bought some Glen 20 and sprayed it every time I came back to my room. The property doesn’t feel clean. One night I came back to find a strange guy waiting outside who was then let into the hotel by a very scantily clad woman who clearly had never met him. I questioned then what kind of establishment I was in. Don’t stay here! I never will again!

    This was an interesting place to stay. The hotel room was a bit small but well appointed and bathroom excellent. The staffing for an Accor Hotel was light on but they were pleasant and helpful.

    Great accommodation, kindness of the staff, close to the city centre and the station, cleanliness of premises and room. I recommend it.
