    This hotel was such a disappointment. The place was dirty, noisy, and the facilities were terrible. The bedding quality was very poor, and the whole experience was horrible. The corridors and room smelled dirty and unpleasant, making the stay even worse. Booking this place was a huge mistake. Even the check-in process was frustrating and extremely annoying.

    Visited for a quick overnight stay while attending a function close by.So convenient, clean and safe with everything I needed for my stay.So warmly welcomed by the friendly and efficient Rachel! She was so bright and helpful and an amazing asset to your team !Will gladly stay again next time I head to Brissie.

    Great hotel in centre of Brisbane, clean rooms, comfy beds. We arrived late into Brisbane without a booking, Oscar on reception was so nice & professional.

    You can’t beat location, cross the road for shoppers delight, abundance of food options and general shops for water and snacks. We visited from Melbourne to attend Suncorp stadium which was a hot 35min walk I would opt for the $13 taxi ride in heat Rooms were clean and tidy. Rooftop bar seems to suit after hours business drinks catch up. Pool was a refreshing dip, not suited to a lot of people but we enjoyed our hour visit and cool down

    First opened the door to a musty smell - then saw the filthy windows. Bathroom mirror peeled away and shower needs regrouting. Overall a dismal neglected room. For $399 per night i am horrified.
