Location

The hotel is located in a new area set to become a key commercial, retail and recreational zone. It is only 7 kilometres from Brisbane Airport.

Facility

12 junior suites, 5 suites, 88 single rooms and 52 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station.     Both room and breakfast were excellent value for money, hotel is so convenient if you are flying into or out of Brisbane and the staff could not have been more helpful

    Wait staff were friendly and really helpful, trainee Yaria was particularly awesome. Made our night easy and comfortable for dinner :)

    This hotel needs some maintenance. It is supposed to be 4.5 stars. Check in was easy, car parking was $25. Foyer was changed and tidy. However the room was another story. The button on the tub to get water in the tub didn't work so had to fill bath with the shower nossle. Mold in places and furniture coming apart. Not 4.5 star!
