    Accommodating and friendly stay!

    We stayed here over the Magic Round weekend. Whilst prices were much more than they usually are, the friendly staff made up for the bite in the hip pocket. Room was clean, serviced daily and staff were so accommodating - they always helped and sought to make our stay as comfortable as they could. Truly lovely staff here - which added to the overall atmosphere of the city over the weekend!

    Walking distance to Qpac and shops. Coffee shops nearby for that .early morning coffee. Bed good .     Noisy room and not clean

    This room was really noisy as I believe the room above had wooden floors and kept dragging their chairs across the floor until 3 am, Bedrooms were clean and been vacuumed. Beds were comfortable but the master bedroom had a 20 cm TV. The rest of the apartment was dirty had not been cleaned. Splashback benches covers nothing had been wiped down. I took videos. You can clearly see all the marks and dirt. Dishwasher is dirty inside and worn on the outside and the stove top is an old stove top and worn, Partner is missing the equipment, no tongs or spatula. That was rubbish on the balcony found plastic Ziploc bags emptyCan’t have blown on there as we were on the 33rd floor. Plan was delayed and we needed a late checkout requested. This room was $430 for two bedroom apartment. Had to buy an extra $260 to check out five hours later.$690 for one night for two bedroom apartment seems excessiveWould I stay there again?
