Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 60 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe, a laundry service, a fax machine, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Dissatisfied cancellation process

    Was told one thing in person when canceling at the counter, and after leaving, was charged in full, and the cancellation clause pulled out. No worries, but at least have the courage to do it up front. Won’t be using again.

    Birthday celebration. Amazing Cathedral Concert, Clean, very spacious and private 2 bedrooms, great corner balcony overlooking Cathedral Square, extremely attentive and helpful Staff. Big thank you to Nita and Zeus and young Trainee for making this a most memorable occasion. Affordable. We will return.

    We were greeted by Zeus, the receptionist, who was very patient, friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in on the 18th floor was extremely spacious and clean and provided well for all our needs. The bed was large and comfortable with fresh cotton sheets. The view from the furnished balcony was fantastic.We had a short stay in Brisbane and the hotel was perfectly situated to walk around the city and see everything.

    Smelly Room

    The room 1802 was smelly. There was a pervasive mouldy/tobacco smell throughout the suite as if someone had smoked on the balcony. The carpet and loungeroom furnishings looked worn. I paid nearly $1000 and it was not worth the money. Staff were lovely and helpful. I would not stay there again.
