No upfront with booking process

Deceptive business practices...They should state they are a contactless serivice and that you need to upload drivices license card details and signuture. Im fine to do this in person but don't like it when I have to install a third party app to harvest my data I know we live in 2026 and having mandotory rectal scanners are almost a thing. you should at least have the option to opt out of the app especially when you have already pre booked over the phone.

Don’t waste your time or money.

Check in after hours is near impossible. All automated messages, which is fine if things go according to plan. But we did not receive the room code for our room. We waited outside of reception from 9.30-10.30pm with another guest who was uncle to check in. They take your money no problems, but access to to tour room is other thing!!

Never responded to messages. All auto replies and auto check in. I had to cancel because of illness and refused a refund faster than lightning. Think this place is run by robots. Do not bother staying here.

Forget sleep: find somewhere else

Generally run down. Air conditioning unit in room so noisy that sleep was impossible. No staff on site. We messaged ‘hotel portal’ and hoped for the best. Hotel is cheap, but remember you may not be able to sleep.

This joint is the PITS.Where do I start ......I'm 75 years old and don't have a smart phone....well HELLO they will only send the room code to your smart phone!As we had prepaid I told them we would sleep on the footpath as no entry was allowed without a stupid SMART PHONE.....I don't want a SMART PHONE.....whats wrong with a door key like the old days.This place should NOT have a licence.Don't EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER stay there OK.....its the pits.Pensioner NZ.
