The hotel has a lift and features 70 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a drinks machine. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A desk is provided. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. A sun terrace is a great place to while away the hours. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, a gym, aerobics and a spa.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. A delicious breakfast provides energy for the rest of the day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Had a wonderful stay at Punthill Apartment Hotels | Spring Hill. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with useful kitchenette facilities that made the stay even more convenient.The location was quiet yet close to Brisbane CBD, making it easy to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming.Great value for money and ideal for both short and long stays.     Customer service was very very bad. Hotel was very dirty and nothing more than glorified backpackers. For the money, you’re better off choosing somewhere else to stay. I wish I did.     Short stay for a concert at Suncorp

    Had everything needed for a short stay to attend a concert at Suncorp stadium which was a short uber trip. Cafe downstairs for a nice coffee or breakfast, Apartment was clean and comfortable beds. Pool was above to refresh after exploring the city Approx 10 minutes walk to although a hilly area city cat ferry which you can travel on for 50cents to Southbank for a swim and nice places to eat, or to breweries by story bridge.     OK, do you think you should book it yourself? If you are looking for one to three nights, then it will be good; any longer, do not bother! I booked a three-person room for two people to have more room, and I liked the idea of a bed around the corner for more privacy, as I was sharing with my nephew. We booked for two weeks. Looking at the diagram, it showed one single wardrobe and one double wardrobe, plenty of space (so I thought), and all the hotel pictures looked good.The facts1 The room had one single wardrobe with 7 hangers no drawers, so we lived out of our cases for two weeks2 I was shocked to find out that if you are staying for more than a week, then you only get housekeeping every 7 days. Our bins were overflowing, so they made an exception and agreed to collect them after 5 days and told us we could collect clean towels ourselves from reception 3 The staff are very friendly 4 The beds are clean and very comfortable, but the hotel is a bit tired 5 The pool is cold and very shabby6 I was not impressed with the balcony furniture Brisbane Manager, General Manager at Punthill Spring Hill, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your detailed review on both Trip advisor, and on Booking.com.     Feels quite tired

    The hotel feels quite tired, it is a bit gloomy and looks like it needs a good clean up. The apartment itself was well laid out but was not perfectly clean. As it’s an apartment hotel I thought the room would have a washing machine, however laundry facilities are shared and come at an additional cost. The pool area didn’t have a great ambience.The cafe does great coffee and the food is quite good.
