    Ordinary experience will little customer service Please don’t come here expecting a good experience with the staff. Little to no effort giving to support our stay - we wished we had stay elsewhere

    We are happy to recommend Robertson Gardens Quality Hotel. Recently had a stay from interstate & appreciated the lovely, extensive & peaceful grounds. The staff we dealt with were all very professional, friendly & knowledgable about the area. We had a health problem while there & our thanks go to Tasmyn especially for her kind & caring assistance. also to Esther for her helpful advice. The unit , one of MANY! had everything we needed & very comfortable. A great place for singles, families, (had 2 playgrounds, outside gym items, games room, restaurant, lots of beautiful lawned areas), weddings & conferences. Rosi & Mike S.

    We stayed at Hotel Robertson Easter Saturday night,almost impossible to obtain accommodation in Brisbane and we were referred by another motel we have stayed at.We were late arrivals around midnight. Met by a young lady on a golf cart doing a check around and she was exceptionally helpfull checking us in and showing us where the room was located etc.The management are very fortunate to have somebody who understands the meaning of Hospitality>Clean , quite comfortable will definetly stay again.Twall

    Was visiting a client nearby, so wanted to stay locally. Came across this motel and found it ticked all the boxes and was competively priced. Ended up with a comfortable and clean room, with comfy bed. Room was well away from the main road and was quiet. Had a good night sleep, bathroom and shower worked a treat.They have a restaurant but I did not eat there. Would be a good spot for families to stay too.Definitely a good spot to stay and will be back again in future.

    The best Quality Inn we've stayed at, we had a family 3b'room Villa, there for Netball competitions at Nissan Arena, Heaps of netball girls, coaches staying there. All repectful of noise, safe place to walk around, it's a big complex of units and Villa's. We ate at the inhouse restuarant, beautiful food and good priced meals. Fully recommend Robertson Gardens Quality Hotel.
