  Photos on internet do not match.Room was overpriced for the condition, it needs some attention. riverview was beautiful

  Very small, dirty room with poor facilities. Wardrobe door falling off tracks, old dirty bathroom

  The room we were given was extremely small and in poor condition, with substandard facilities. The wardrobe door tracks were so rusty that the door wouldn’t stay on. The bathroom was unclean, with an old shower curtains and a vent that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time.The towel rack admin toilet paper holder were hanging off the wall. There was a power board and extension cord lying on the floor, which felt unsafe.The so-called kitchenette was simply a cupboard containing a kettle, microwave, and a minimal number of plates, bowls, and cutlery. There was no proper sink, so washing up had to be done in the small bathroom basin.Overall, the room was nothing like the photos shown on the website. Even staff acknowledged that the images labelled as “studio apartments” are not representative of the rooms. As each unit is privately owned, standards may vary.It’s disappointing, as the location is excellent and every room has a river view. However, the condition of the room we received was not suitable for short-term accommodation.

  Well we definitely paid for the view only. All rooms (except kitchen) were below average. Skirting hanging off in lounge. Not enough seating in lounge area and the one sofa in the room had so many candy wrappers stuffed down the side of the cushions that it just felt gross to sit on. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very old and tired. I do have some positives...of course the view and the great location, easy after hours check in/access and friendly staff. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise. A great space with everything we needed. A good size space for a large group as we had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but definitely not as nice as we expected based on what we paid. Wouldn't stay here again.

  Helpful and polite and would recommend to others. They allow us to check in early and explain anything we asked. Yes we would stay again. The view was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay.Handy to shopping and getting transport was no problem.

  Three of us stayed here for three nights in a one bedroom apartment. Rung the number on the reception door on arrival, was let in and waited a short time for the manageress named Skye, who was pleasant and who sorted us out promptly. He place was fantastic, room was clean and tidy. Couch turned into a bed for my 12 yo son. Living and b/room opened out to the balcony, which had amazing city/river views. Room had a washer and dryer. Carpark and kitchen.
