Location

This hotel enjoys a perfect location alongside Brisbane River and adjacent to the botanic gardens. Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 252 rooms and 20 suites. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed.     We recently stayed at Stamford Plaza Brisbane and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely perfect, with beautiful river views and easy access to the city. We were especially impressed by the stunning view from our suite, which made the stay feel extra special.The service throughout the hotel was warm, professional, and attentive, and every staff member we encountered made us feel genuinely welcomed.We also had the pleasure of dining at both La Boca and Kabuki during our stay. Both restaurants were fantastic — delicious food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Kabuki was particularly entertaining and memorable, while La Boca offered an amazing dining experience with beautiful flavours and presentation.Overall, a truly enjoyable stay and we would happily return again.     Good service but dated. If mediocrity is your thing, this is good. I probably wouldn’t stay again. one of the older hotels in town. Prob needs bulldozers to start again.     Disappointing stay – heating not fixed and promised discount not honoured

    Reimbursement of the promised $75 La Boca restaurant credit, as this was offered to us but not applied when we dined there.A reasonable partial refund or compensation for the room, as the heating did not work throughout our stay despite maintenance attending three times. The room remained extremely cold, and the only solution provided was one extra blanket, which was not sufficient.Confirmation that the issue with the room heating has been properly investigated, so future guests do not experience the same problem.We were looking forward to a comfortable stay, especially given the hotel’s location and reputation, but unfortunately the unresolved heating issue and the missed restaurant credit made the experience very disappointing.We would appreciate the hotel reviewing this matter and coming back to us with a fair resolution.
