Location

The aparthotel is conveniently situated in the heart of Kangaroo Point and is within easy access from Botanic Gardens, Treasury Casino, MacArthur Museum and St John's Cathedral. Brisbane Airport is located at a distance of approximately 12 km.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 53 rooms. English-speaking staff warmly welcomes guests in the lobby. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, room service, a laundry service, a conference room, a banquet hall and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

Rooms

The rooms have a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as air conditioning, central heating and a fan. Most of rooms include a balcony or terrace as a standard feature. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A desk is provided. A fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station, dishwasher and oven, as well as a complete set of utensils, is a standard feature. Amenities include a washing machine, an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the outdoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including tennis, a gym, a spa and a sauna.

    Apartment was nice with a view of the river. Not much pantry space, found a cupboard in the small sitting room, I presume was a second bedroom at some stage. Couldn’t understand why this was another sitting area with no view.. felt like reorganising the kitchen, cups, saucers, small plates and glasses in drawers under bench, then you’d have room for small grocery items in narrow cupboard.Needs drawers in bedroom, just a wardrobe insert plus more hangers.Pleasant surprise to get a service mid trip as only there for 9 days.The river cat is further than we thought, it’s 2000 steps there and back.The city hopper river service has been stopped and you have to get the kitty cat to Sydney Street for wherever you want to go.Found hills behind apartment were a challenge The pool is nice, but perhaps when families with children book in the rules of pool use are reiterated.     From the moment we arrived, Docks on Goodwin delivered a flawless experience. The location is unbeatable — tucked away in the peaceful streets of Kangaroo Point but still just minutes from the heart of the CBD and South Bank. We loved the scenic river walks and how easy it was to catch the CityCat or walk across the Story Bridge.Our apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a true home away from home. The views were stunning, and we had everything we needed — full kitchen, laundry, comfy bedding, and even a private balcony to enjoy the Brisbane skyline.The facilities were a huge bonus: secure parking and a pool.     Nothing but a nightmare

    Never ever again the ladies that are in the office are so rude, they look down on you if you need somethingI couldn't work out the car park asked where the room with these lovely photos on line are And charged me for toilet paper what's that!!The washing machine didn't work and no one could fix it till Monday so waited 2 daysThey told my daughter to stop running in a rude way And the tv didn't work in the bedroom what a rip off thereI don't recommend at all Dreamtime Resorts, General Manager at The Docks On Goodwin Apartments, responded to this review Hi Billy, thank you for taking the time to write a review on your recent stay with us.     Great location but not the exec apartment

    Tower 2 top floor executive apartment 140 to be avoided. Stayed 17days, The Docks location Kangaroo Pt best in Brisbane, convenient, close to great restaurants & bars, 5min walk to river ferries, onsite parking, apt building and mgmt excellent but apt 140 not value.     Very comfortable accommodation in a location that suited me for this particular visit to Brisbane. Other side of river to Brisbane CBD, but easily accessible by ferry or uber.
