    Booked this hotel due to proximity to the airport (an easy 10-15 minute drive), and the fact you didn’t have to pay for parking. Hotel looked like the photos online, check in was smooth, the receptionist was very friendly. I liked the interior design elements from wall paper to paintings in the room. Bathroom was spacious. However, I had an issue within the room and went down to reception and they immediately changed my room. They came up to check and moved me next door. I appreciated the fact they tried to go beyond to address the issue. I would definitely come back to stay here next time I’m in Brisbane, and have no problem recommending to others.

    The photographs on their website completely misleading.We paid $537.96 for 2X nights accommodation without breakfast.The property is situated on a main highway- constant traffic noise.The room we were allocated was tiny.No wardrobe or hanging space - two hangers on a pegboard on the wall.Just a small sized queen bed - no side tables and a small wall mounted TV.A slim console containing tiny bar fridge on the wall.Bathroom was tiny.This room was really just an airport transit room - not suitable for more than a sleepover. The price should be reflected in the room.We left the premises and booked into another hotel nearby.It has spacious rooms, great facilities and was the same price.Please be careful.

    The Kingsford - wonderfully clean and comfortable and well situated, especially prior to catching a cruise.

    We spent a night at The Kingsford prior to embarking on a cruise in October 2025. It was fantastic. The room is very small but exceptionally clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We had a room on the 3rd Floor and could see the highway from our window but we didn't hear the traffic at all. There's a mini-bar and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was amazingly comfortable. Huge shower and thick white towels. The hotel is walking distance (5 minutes) from places to eat. We ate to the Hotel on the corner (turn right when you leave the hotel) and had an amazing meal with wonderfully friendly staff. In the morning while waiting to check out, we went down to the small bar area on the right of Reception and found a beautiful area reminiscent of Bali - plants everywhere and one side open to fresh air but shielded from the sun, and we had a lovely coffee and snack as well as a chat with the friendly staff. MASSIVE BONUS : the hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the Port of Brisbane where we embarked the ship. It's roughly 20 minutes drive to get there so we were incredibly grateful to the hotel for providing us with that service. We will definitely stay at The Kingsford for future cruises from Brisbane (we fly up from Melbourne). Highly recommended.

    What a great boutique hotel close to the city. Very spacious and modern. We had a corner room with a lovely aspect. Good under cover car parking was included with the great price. We certainly will stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to come to the city. Ferry to CBD across the road. A shuttle service to the cruise terminal and airport also on offer.

    Although an airport hotel it’s a fair way from the airport. Rooms are modern and well appointed. There is a small bar / cafe for snacks and breakfast.
