    Very central, close to everything. Upgraded from studio to a one bedroom apartment. Breakfast included. I recommend for couples and families.

    Awful terrible don’t don’t book apartment 39

    Please don’t go and book apartment 39. Not sure about the others. Does it look great in the pictures. Oh yes. The beds are a disgrace. The carpets smell with a disgusting fragrance. And to top it off they installed some smoke alarms that flash all night in the bedrooms. What a joke. Paid top dollar for terrible product. There is no service in an apartment business like this. Breakfast level 4 , wow you go and decide. The food is ok but all a bit weird. So try hard but the staff were just great. I was there for business. Perfect position. But omg it almost killed me.     Cyclone Alfred Disappointment

    We were really looking forward to staying there, but had to cancel because of Cyclone Alfred. Our dates were Mar. 5-9 and then on to Vanuatu for our return to Canada. We didn't take the cancellation option because cyclones NEVER hit Brisbane. We were surprised that Manor Apartment Hotel wasn't more understanding and refund our money. I think that says a lot about how a hotel operates and treats their guests.

    Strong unpleasant smelling rooms with stained carpets. Not a “boutique four star apartment hotel”

    The apartment is in a convenient location BUT the room had a very strong unpleasant odour. It made no difference if we opened it up and aired it out, it was still unpleasant. The carpets, rug and lounge had stains and several items of cutlery were put back in the draws dirty. It wouldn’t have mattered so much that the accomodation is very dated if it was clean but overall it didn’t seem like 4 star accomodation.
