    Perfect for our needs

    The location was perfect for our stay. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was very modern, comfortable and very clean. The noise was unfortunately the only issue BUT was expected as it is in the city at an intersection and totally unavoidable. Parking was easy as we arrived early and able to walk to our appointments. Good value for our money.

    stayed for 3 nights, hotel dated & tired looking , room clean but small could do with an update, lady on reception when we got there was helpful gave us a lot of info, but other ones on reception didn't even look up when we came through, not bad location bit of a steep hill from station so bear that in mind if you are dragging a suitcase in the heat, mon - fri there is a little cafe adjoining hotel which is handy, not open on weekends

    I was here from Thursday 16th January until sat 18th I had to have a procedure done. I got two nights for $248 I was not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised .check was a hassle not Rheas fault for some unknown reason price line cancelled my second night but she was lovely and sorted things out xxx yes the hallways are dark and Dingy but I was in room 107 it looked modern but as a housekeeper myself it was spotlessly clean xx I didn’t need to leave for my app til 1045 the housekeeper that cam to my room was lovely and friendly .. would I recommend yes 100% just remember your not staying at the Hyatt about 10 min walk to the mall

    Hotel staff were very nice. It is very tired looking inside. Room was very small. Noise from the road is terrible. Bathroom has been renovated. Carparking is available on a first in first dressed basis. As we were there early we were charged $15 for parking. Carpark is not secure.

    We chose here as its location was perfect for our needs , it is very dated and run down . Parking was very limited and not secure however it was covered . The room was extremely dated however was clean , the service could be improved on also ! Customer relations is essential !! We won’t return , but budget wise you get what you pay for !
