Location

Situated amidst pristine settings, the resort is just over an hour's drive south of Broome. It is also in the vicinity of Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures, Broome Port Deep Water Wharf & Jetty, Cable Beach and Willie Creek. Broome Airport is approximately 40 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 26 villas/houses. The following room categories are also available: 54 rooms. Check-in/check-out service is available to guests in the lobby. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. A minibar is provided. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Equipped with a telephone, a TV and WiFi, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, guests are provided with cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked.

Sport

Guests can taking a refreshing dip or just relax in the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. For guests who wish to keep active, beach volleyball and fishing are available. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy canoeing and kayaking. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and yoga. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

The resort includes a restaurant with air conditioning and a bar. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Loved every moment of our honeymoon at Eco Beach Resort!

    We loved our stay at Eco Beach resort. The prefect place to unwind, relax and soak in the beautiful surroundings. Plenty of activities available to partake in throughout the day which balanced our fun and leisure well - we especially loved the cave walk, sunset tour and of course a massage at the day spa. As wild life lovers we were lucky to spot some fun creatures and dolphins! The staff were incredibly friendly and all seemed to genuinely enjoy what they do - which always feels like a reflection on the facilities and team. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

    Disappointing, the view is not worth it!

    We do not write this review lightly, however this resort should be 2.5 to 3 star at best! Definitely not worth the money. We found our room dirty, with ceiling fans not working, curtains are filthy, blinds did not work that had a direct view to ensuite/ toilet. Doors didnt lock! Housekeeping didnt bother to change dish clothe/ sponge ( which were filthy), and didnt bother coming at all! Shower overflowed - blocked. Tour buggy had no working seat belts in front and only one in back, very dangerous. Staff didn't put mozzie coils outside at dinner preferring guests to eat inside, which is very different to any other resort. Many guests outside not happy. We did try to speak to GM about this who made a febble excuses basically saying she didnt care about cleanliness, hygiene or guest comfort - she was a family business, didnt want guests who had simple requests staying there. She was extremely rude and perhaps it would be better if she didn't work in hospitality. The events that occurred did affect the enjoyment of this stay and i sincerely hope this feedback will assists making other guests choose somewhere else. You were actually offered a complimentary upgrade after your very first complaint. Even though you had booked a different room type. Which of course was not a fault on our part.Discussing the issues you faced with all other guests during your stay was very intrusive to other guests, that were having an amazing experience. We believe the personal attacks on our staff and management during your stay was uncalled for. All staff went over and above trying to appease you with every complaint.We find that reading other reviews and researching a property prior to arrival, offers better intel on what is available and what to expect, such as being and eco accredited wilderness retreat, we focus on recycling, reducing power levels, not servicing rooms each day and allowing guests to enjoy the environment. We are an off-grid property, that sources our own water supplies from a bore field, and this in turn has chemical elements that do stain our porcelain sinks and toilets. We clean with environmentally friendly products to sustain a healthy balance in our water systems and sewage treatment plant. Our tour buggy does have seat belts.Our villa doors all have locks and keys, keys are available if guests wish.Our ceiling fans do work, they have one speed. curtains and blinds are clean, however bugs and frogs do leave marks. It's a wilderness retreat.Housekeeping did attend your villa by our housekeeping manager. We spayed the ants outside for you. There was bug spray in your kitchen for this reason.Mozzy coils were available at dinner service, however one evening, we had run out, it was explained by our duty manager that we did not receive these on our delivery, however, would be rectified the very next day, which it was.Our team, therefore, set up some tables inside, for guests that wished to stay away from the mosquitos, we certainly do not tell guests they have to dine inside. You, were actually the only guests that wished to dine outside. The shower drain does get blocked with sand, this has since been rectified, once you had reported to our team.Our valued guests, that stay at Eco Beach, enjoy the serenity, the location, the delicious and healthy menus and our friendly and professional staff. Defamation of character is completely unacceptable. We trust you were able to enjoy something about Eco Beach and your travels to Broome.RegardsLynn StolleryGeneral Manager

    Always something new to discover.Enjoyed my early morning bush walk the greenery against the red soil and blue ocean in the background dotted with the occasional purple flowers was very therapeutic. Love the menu this year from the fresh baked cookies and foccacia bread.Absolute standouts for me were the wagyu steak crisp on the outside and tender on the inside and the handmade pasta stuffed with prawns.
