The Minus Factor

Location is Excellent That is the only positive thing I can say about the motel .There was no Cutlery , Glasses or Plates .I asked for Cutlery and Plates and I was given a Paper Plate and Bamboo Cutlery .I stayed there for two nights .The Room wasn’t serviced and I had to ask for the rubbish bin to be emptied .Room Rate $130.00 per night .My rating is in the MINUS .

Chasing my refund business doesn't reply to emails or phone messages

Personally called Into the business and cancelled booking was told they would refund me - weeks later still chasing refund and no one including the booking office can contact then - they are now being investigated- when I was in office they had a note on counter saying no internet or pool service

Good price, comfortable bed, great location from shops, restaurants and Coffs Harbour cbd, staff communication was good, doesn’t appear on google search for accommodation in Coffs Harbour on site parking clean amenities and basic tea/ coffee

Full of old prostitute at bananatown motel

God damn prostitution palace in this place opening and closing the door the whole damn night with ppl knocking at the wrong door . Don’t stay here especially if u have kids husband or boyfriend . Crazy hooker try to sell to my partner !!

we stayed for one night regretting every second,it was 105$ for one night and the tap had a hole in it but i guess you dont get a water feature in every motel and the fridge bareley opened so dont suggest you bring food, and bed had a dent in it so i suggest it was well used if you know what i mean
