Worst Motel ever

Dreadful parking.Noisy from permanent residents.Air conditioner dripped.Heating would not work.We were very cold.Carpet nearly threadbare.Needs total refurbishment.Never again will we stay there unless it has a complete makeover. Bob M, Owner at Town Lodge Motor Inn, responded to this review After reading this I feel you have the wrong motel. For a start we dont have permanent residents. All our carpets are not very old and are shampooed on a regular basis.. Im really at a loss regarding your complaints.. Bob

Great value for money, attentive and helpful management & staff.

Stayed three nights for Oztag Junior State Cup. Town centre & Ex Servicemans Club is walking distance. Great for a short stay. If you are looking for a room only stay over in Coffs then this place is great value, attentive and helpful management & staff. For example, Bob the owner moved his car late one night as so I could park my car in his parking spot. Friendly and clean

We stayed here for 1 night while passing through Coffs. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival.The room was basic but spacious and very clean. Extremely Clean & Old Fashioned Service

this is a little gem. excellent price and whilst a little old by many standards it is spotlessly clean, seriously clean. Bob and his wife are salt of the earth Aussies who really take pride in what they have on offer. This Motor inn is also Bike friendly and Bob will endeavour to get you a room with your bike by your door if you ring and mention you have a bike when ready to book. I will certainly be back when next in the area. Air Con is cold and curtains certainly black out the room.Only accross the road to the RSL for food and entertainment. Great location. Very pleasant stay

Very nice motel, budget priced, clean, quiet, handy to eateries, shopping etc. recommend it. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Flat screen Tv, hot shower, clean and comfortable. Coffee, tea and milk provided. Asked for a ground floor room, no problem. Would not hesitate to stay again.
