    Business Meets Beauty During Jacaranda Season 🌸

    I recently stayed in Grafton for a business trip that coincided with the Jacaranda Festival and what a treat it turned out to be!Check-in was efficient. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which offered a spacious, suite, 2 balconies overlooking the garden. The motel’s location is ideal, just a short stroll to the heart of town, which made it easy to explore. The newly reopened on-site restaurant was a welcome convenience after long workdays. If ordering Room Service; need to go to restaurant when ready, there’s no door to door delivery. Recommend this spot for business travelers or families who appreciate comfort, convenience, and a splash of seasonal charm & town culture.

    Disgraceful, No Wi fi despite advertising they do ! Dated , tired furniture noisy traffic.Electricity supply issues, no power to entire room , only overhead light ,fridge out and unable to power devices.Not fixed by management despite repeated notification .When we left the next day it was still not working .Double bed soft ,needed replacement years ago ! only positives location , hot strong water supply! Never staying here again , Beware you have been warned!

    Booked this because it had a 4 star rating, also claimed to have a restaurant onsite. Once we got there, no restaurant and the place is run down, dingy, dated and contained cockroaches in our room. Charging a 4 star rate for a barely 2 star hotel. No one at the front desk in the morning to talk to, just leave your key and go, and hope for a receipt.

    Pro’s - comfortable bed. Clean sheets. Shower pressure good and plenty of hot water. Easy parking.Con’s - very dated. Furniture needs replacing as soon as possible. Carpet not very clean. NO WI-FI which is ridiculous in this day and age.Wouldn’t stay here again.

    Very clean and comfy. Lovely staff. A bit noisy because of its location (we expected that). Walls are thin. Only one might passing through but would happily have spent another. Downstairs room as requested when we booked. Nice stay overall.
