Whilst budget, good location, very small room and even smaller bathroom. You could not want to spend any.longer than necessary in the room. Fast food stores next door. Breakfast was minimal, but ok. If you're on a budget and not fussy, this is for you!!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April 2026. It's not fancy - rooms are small, bathroom is tiny, and there are few accoutrements - but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of free tea & coffee available, and a mini fridge. It's situated on a busy road, but I heard no traffic noise at all. The walls are soundproofed, but the doors are not so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper because not all guests are respectful of others. The breakfast was a continental one - cereal, tea, coffee, juice, toast (there was a pancake maker if you wanted to go that way) - all perfectly adequate. Plenty of space in the car park. There's a KFC, petrol station and McDonalds all next door, so plenty of options for fast food junkies. Bear in mind that the reception desk is not manned 24 hours, so if you are going to be late get in touch with the hotel and let them know. I did and they were very helpful with key collection and room access arrangements.My only criticism - and it's a small one - a hook by the mirror/hand basin for hanging a hand towel would be handy. Having to go back to the bathroom after washing one's hands or teeth cleaning to use a towel was a tad awkward.I can recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

I booked this hotel through ALL.COM, lured by the positive reviews. Big mistake. I should’ve checked TripAdvisor first—my experience was drastically different.The room was shockingly small. You can barely turn around without bumping into something. The entire facility feels old and neglected. Walls and ceilings were peeling, and the air conditioner was absolutely disgusting—covered in dust and grime, and so loud it sounded like a jet engine. I had to turn it off at night just to get some sleep.Breakfast? Don’t bother. It consisted of the bare minimum: some bread, jam, a coffee machine, and a few pieces of fruit. Definitely not worth paying extra for.The only saving grace was the spacious, free parking lot. But that alone doesn't make up for how uncomfortable the rest of the stay was.Won’t be returning.

When I first arrived the lady at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming. The room is small but okay for a solo traveller. The bathroom was very small and then bathroom sink is in the bedroom rather than the bathroom. I would never stay here again. I just wanted to say Khadija the girl at the front desk was very helpful to us. Also I have sèen a lot of mean and nasty reviews up here. We found the motel to be quite nice, and a great price $96 which is a bargain. Also I dont know what people expect, I think its good value for money. Regards the ASIO guy, Rob.
