This resort welcomes guests in Coffs Harbour.

Facility

English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a car hire service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a smoke alarm and a smoking area. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the bungalow complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.

Rooms

The rooms of the complex include air conditioning, central heating and a fan. Guests can enjoy the view of the courtyard from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed. A desk is provided. A kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave is also provided as standard. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A TV, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can cool off in one of the 3 outdoor pools. There is a children's swimming area as well. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, tennis and fishing are available. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include a gym, table tennis and yoga. A spa, a sauna and massage treatments are available in the wellness area.

    Arriving at our spotless unit, and finding a personalised card and complimentary bottle of wine was an unexpected touch.The facilities at Nautilus were great with three pools, a massive spa, tennis courts and basketball area.The Pandanus Deck, located right above the beach just adds to the relaxing and peaceful environment.The units themselves were spotless and fully equipped for self catering. The outdoor courtyard provided ample entertaining space for a family or small group. The palms and garden at the unit just added to the tropical setting throughout the resort.Shall be back again.

    Really enjoyed our one night overnight stay at Nautilus, whilst on a drive holiday to northern NSW. Easy to find, located right on the beach, excellent swimming pool, great Thai restaurant onsite, easy walking distance from our room.Brian greeted us and was warm, welcoming and informative. The rooms are stylishly decorated and have heaps of snacks and extras. Great after a long drive.Having a brand new car, what I particularly was pleased with was the carport undercover parking. We could relax as storm clouds and thunder (no hail fortunately) rolled by.

    Seriously dodgy BUYER BEWARE

    Never actually stepped foot inside “villa”: too creepy! BUYER BEWARE VILLA 127A and B - owner is a crook!Booked one night via booking.com. “Clyde” set up the whole thing, making out he was the whole centre manager. He promised me a villa on the beach; and an upgrade. Upon arrival (which was very late, too late in fact - most managers would have either left the key in a lock box or said no check in past midnight), this creep met me and was insistent I “look around my suite”… which was one room, and here’s the kicker, which shared a wall with him, the owner. I was completely creeped out by the whole thing and left. Having been a victim of a scam already (the beach and upgrade were nowhere to be found), I wasn’t about to ignore my intuition on this one. SINGLE WOMEN TRAVELING ALONE: THIS MAN IS BAD NEWS. stay safe!

    Unnecessarily rude manager

    So-so, fairly dirty room. No curtains on some windows so woken by light at the crack of dawn. But worse was a very rude manager who threatened to 'call the police; your stay is over!' when we dared use the pool after vacating our room (after check out time). Left a really sour taste in the mouth - completely unnecessarily. I followed up with an email and a call just to understand why he'd been quite so rude. Neither email nor call were returned.

    We enjoyed our stay at Nautilus, and hope to get back sometime soon, I was disappointed that there was not more availability at different times of the year, Coffs Harbour is such a beautiful place, and we found plenty of things to fill our days, I wish my stay had have been longer also a great place to relax and spend your days lazing by the pools.
