Excellent location. Good service. Cold swimming pool. Expensive stay.

I think its very expensive for what you get. 600 dollars a night for two people and toddler. The swimming pool is special but that cold that you don't stay more than 15 min in the water. So why pay 600 dollars. The appartement was big for sure. And clean. Its close to many beautiful beaches. Which is aAll nice. We asked to get linnen for our son. Which would have been another 65 dollars a night. It's more interesting to buy our own linnen. Also no breakfast included.

Overall, we had a nice stay. Because the weather was a bit chilly, the kids wanted to use the spa, but it felt a little small and wasn't particularly kid-friendly.

Not worth the money at all room wasn't clean bed wasn't tucked in and made one tea bag showers are terrible the bathroom was clean and the floor tables were sticky and could see spills wasn't impressed at all HM PacificBlue, General Manager at Oaks Port Stephens Pacific Blue Resort, responded to this review Thank you for your feedback. We had a 4 night stay in a swimout room. Although it wasn't the best weather for a swim we enjoyed a quite relaxing stay. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. We will stay again.
