Location

The resort is only 3 km from the city centre of Coffs Harbour. It is within close vicinity of Dorrigo National Park, Big Banana Fun Park, North Coast Regional Botanic Garden and Coffs Harbour Indoor Sports Stadium. Coffs Harbour Airport is located roughly 7 km away.

Facility

The complex has 4 lifts and features 170 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Stay somewhere else

    The staff were cordial. However, we expected better for the price. Limited undercover parking meant parking outdoors in the rain a fair distance from the room. Inconvenient with heavy bags and no offer for use of a luggage trolley when checking in. Rabbit warren to find room and navigate stairs in limited light. The Executive room on the lagoon came with a musty smell, poor ventilation and a tiny fridge. Decided to check out early and have breakfast elsewhere. On check out, there was no ‘how was your stay’. We decided to stay somewhere different this time, but we won’t be staying there again.

    Delicious meal looking at lovely goldfish swimming by

    The restaurant is in a lovely position, especially when lit up at night. The food was delicious. We had the linguine with prawns - the chilli was just right. The battered fish was light and crispy with two pieces. The smashed peas and salad were just right with it. If you arrive during happy hour, drinks are cheaper. Big goldfish swim by as you eat.

    LARGE RESORT WITH PLENTY OF FACILITIES

    A large resort set in beautiful, well-kept grounds with plenty of facilities to keep the entire family happy. It's also an easy walk to a small, sheltered beach and rock pools.The rooms are roomy and updated, the bed was comfortable and the compact kitchenette was perfect for being able to self-cater quick meals as needed. There is also an on-site restaurant but we didn't use it during our stay.Check-in was fairly simple although finding your room can be a bit of an adventure to start off your visit! Parking is free and available on-site but there is a limited number of spaces that are undercover and closer to the rooms...so if you arrive later, be prepared for a longer walk and possibly stairs depending on the type of accommodation booked.The resort is positioned a little out of the centre of town, so although perfect if peace and a touch of nature is what you're looking for, you probably do require a car to make exploring Coffs Harbour easier.

    Totally memorable!

    Visited as part of the Great Southern rail trip from Brisbane to Adelaide.This was such a beautiful venue. So green and tropical. Staff were attentive and the food and wine truly memorable. I didn’t think I could ever enjoy fresh oysters but these ones were beautiful! Maybe I’m a convert…Kudos to the kitchen staff feeding over 200 people such an impressive meal.Thanks for an absolutely fabulous evening.

    Garden with a view

    Our unit was nice and clean with a comfy bed, kitchenette, and a garden view. The pool was nice also! I found this unit to be comfortable and cozy! The balcony was a bonus with all the noisy birds out there felt like we were in a jungle - very entertaining!
