  2 lights in bathroom not workingThe toilet seat was not attached properlyBedroom curtains rail was falling downThe top of the fridge was not cleaned appropriately. The Modem was covered in dustMarks around walls and falling paint of wallsUnfinished painted bathroom doors with the paint brushed randomlyOld and tired looking furnitureVery soft mattress in bedroom not sure if the mattress was collapsed? Unfortunately, could not sleepA shower window screen falling off the rail.Balcony door lock was not workingCd's and DVD's left in unit randomlyNo clothes hangers available!Rust covered bar chairs!!! Could not take a bath because of rusty looking water running out of the bath tapA paint left in wardrobe??I am not sure what other units in rental pool looked like but our unit was in desperate need of maintenance.Our family has requested an unit on higher floor but the Receptionist lady told us there is an extra charge and this is the accommodation we paid for.I also told them those pictures of the accommodation on the Website are not the same compared to our unit.Unfortunately, I was told to contact the accommodation website. So I did.Not sure if they were really intrested to listenGo

  Where do you start?? The location was perfect and the view amazing but that is where it ends. The unit was dated, dirty and had broken furniture. They stuffed 2 of the outdoor chairs at the end of the balcony so as not to use them and lounge suite springs were broken. Essentially I had no chairs to sit on in the living room. The carpet was stained beyond belief, german cockroaches in the dishwasher and a dead one next to it, dented and chipped walls and skirting, vents caked with dust and lint, dryer filter had not been cleaned. I had to scrape someone else's lint off it to use it! All fixtures had not been cleaned and the windows and tracks were feral. So much so there wasn't a clear view. I understand salt spray but these just plainly had not been cleaned. Our friends had an amazing unit in the same complex so not sure if just an owner of a unit who doesn't care or a manager who doesn't care! As a Property Manager myself I would not let a tenant move into such a dirty property.

  Relaxation Heaven

  The apartment was beyond expectations. The view was stunning, the living area was extremely roomy, lovely furnishings. Very tastefully decorated. Two bathrooms and a laundry made our stay comfortable. The kitchen, overlooking that, did I mention, gorgeous view, had everything we could need. They even provided a cute basket with picnic paraphernalia and binoculars to look for the sprays of water from the whales . Then to top it off, the manager Simone was the probably the best manager I have ever come across. Genuinely friendly and helpful. We had a bit of difficulty with the internet and Simone would respond to my texts instantly. She was apologetic and sincerely tried to solve the problem. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

  Fantastic Family Getaway

  What an amazing view. We stayed in room 1401 and the view was breathtaking. The staff were amazing and super helpful. The room had a full size kitchen with everything that is needed to prepare family meals, the beds are comfortable with extra pillows and blankets as needed. Enough space for everyone to enjoy. Topped of with a heated pool and tennis court. A+++. We will be back most definitely.

  Fantastic location, lovely spacious rooms, great views, clean, amazing amenities, surprisingly affordable and wonderful customer service from the husband and wife managerial team during the busiest time of the year.
