    Wished I had read the reviews before I stayed! We are on a road trip from Central Coast NSW, thought we would stay in two middle of the range motels and have a swank night at Peppers Salt Resort before our destination. The way it worked we had two nights in pretty good accommodation and one night in a not very good one. The room was mediocre, not enough power points, TV was useless for all its swank Foxtel link up and the WiFi terrible. Won’t be staying here again, the whole place was very poor.

    We had a dreadful experience. We booked a room with garden or resort views - our room looked straight at a wall. Said they'd come back to us - never did. Spoke again - they offered us a restaurant voucher to make up for it - the restaurant was closed for an event. They said we could use it at the bar they had in the resort - the bar wasn't selling any food and could only make cocktails that didn't require shaking because they didn't have the ingredients. We asked for someone to take rubbish from our room - I was told to take it to the big bins in the garage myself. I have mobility issues and they said they are disability friendly - the receptionist said sorry we can't help you, we only help people in wheelchairs. This made it hard to even get to the pool so sometimes I was stuck in the room. They weren't providing room service. We spoke to reception about these and they escalated it to the manager who said she would escalate it to head office. We never heard from anyone despite multiple follow ups. The only decent thing is the pool. In the time we were there we spent not a cent at the resort because literally there was nothing open to spend money on. Nothing was open. I could not get a cup of coffee. We had to leave the resort for every meal and for someone with a mobility issue this was very distressing. It was a very poor experience and I would advise people to not bother. I'm not sure what is going on there were serious issues. THIS IS NOT A RESORT. THIS IS A DISGRACE.

    Good location, comfortable beds, good aircon. Those were the only positive things about this hotel. This hotel didn't meet minimum standards of being able to actually sleep. Saturday night there was a raging party in a nearby room from 9:30pm to midnight, this included screaming, yelling, karaoke, and loud music. We were honestly too tired to think about calling reception with the hope and expectation that someone on staff would have heard the noise and did something about it. Same again Sunday night except it started at 11pm and ended past 2am. This time we ended up calling reception 3 separate times to get it resolved eventually.The room is badly designed and fitted out. The window from the room to the bathroom is just weird and when someone gets up in the middle of the night the light wakes everyone up. The block out blinds are useless as they let in plenty of light around it (whatever happened to just using some nice curtains?). There is no table or desk in the room leaving you no where to put things down. To use the kettle you need to put it in the corner of the room on the floor or unplug the TV and put it on the TV cabinet. The toilet button is hard to flush and door can't close.The parking situation is just confusing with numerous sections labeled however with some garage doors left up, the signage disappears. There are little sparrows everywhere so your car gets covered in bird poop. The thumping dryer from next door is heard and felt through the walls. Never again, we've stayed in hostels that were quieter than this hotel.

    I’m not sure why there are complaints as we couldn’t fault our room or facilities and had a wonderful experience . We couldn’t believe the value for money . Rooms were clean , well presented , staff were helpful and pool and spa great . The building and rooms are well maintained and pricing is less than you pay for a motel . We will Definitely be back . Thank you for a lovely relaxing stay .

    Rude receptionist, faulty room facilities, and without knocking cleaners entered the room before checkout.Overpriced. I would not recommend this hotel.
