    Grounds are nice but unit cleanliness needs improvement.

    Cleaning crew/staff could do a better job. Unit was dusty and dirty, furniture looked undusted, benchtops, griller and oven werent properly cleaned. Unit itself was comfortable. The grounds are lovely but some areas were under maintenance and inaccessible. They were affected by recent floods and it shows.

    Excellent!! Rooms need a bit more cleaning, but the resort and the facility is excellent. Would love to visit again!

    We enjoyed our week here! It's set in a fun, jungly setting. The "bungalows" are all 3 bedroom - one being a loft. Two bathrooms. Clean and stocked with dishes and other needed things. There's a heated pool, a hot tub, mini golf, tennis courts, a small gym, and a little lake with a little beach. You can borrow all kinds of things from reception, like pool toys, life jackets, oars, golf clubs, tennis rackets, DVDs, games, and puzzles. There's also plenty to do in the area to fill up a week!

    The resort is getting tired and our unit wasn't very clean. They have upgraded the toilets and bathrooms, which is nice, but the carpets need replacing. Also the furniture is fabric and hardly suitable for children, especially the dining table chairs.It is also very annoying to have to go to the office for every piece of equipment and return it in a set time. The entrance has a locked gate so surely they can leave the kayak paddles out, and table tennis bats and balls. The office is closed on Sunday, so bad luck if you want to use the resorts facilities that day..The idea of everyone leaving and arriving on Saturday creates a situation where cleaning the units thoroughly is impossible. Management needs to rethink this. It puts too much pressure on the staff.The gardens were lovely and the units well designed.

    Decent property. Don't think it can be called a "Resort". Didn't have cleaning service, nor even basic provisions such as paper towels nor adequate washing/dish washing pods. The couch and pillows were triggering sneezing to everyone. The points were too high for the quality of the rooms
