    I didn’t realize what kind of lodging this was. Not a place for anyone use to traditional hotel stay. Shared bathrooms and beds that are subpar. Left after 30 minutes and finding other lodging arrangements.

    This property is discussing. No staff available to complain to, dirty, broken tiles, no working shower anywhere near our room, mouldy toilet, bed hard as a rock. It should be free for the filth it is, literally stay ANYWHERE ELSE.

    The worst hotel in cairns

    Avoid this place at all costs! This place is a complete disaster. Rooms are disgustingly humid, water drips from the ceiling directly onto the bed, and cockroaches (both dead and alive) are everywhere. On top of that, I got electric shocks while plugging in my devices. The staff? Useless and completely irresponsible, refusing to offer any solution or refund despite the horrendous conditions. Even a prison would provide better living conditions. This ‘hotel’ is a disgrace, and Booking should be ashamed to list it. Don’t waste your money here

    Wow what a fantastic place. It's not 5 star but they don't claim to be. Great location, friendly staff really clean, amazing guest kitchen and laundry, nice big rooms I've been here for a week and will be sad to leave. Free carpark, pub easy walk...you can't go wrong

    There is black mold on the ceiling above the airconditioning. The evacuation diagram on the back of the room door does not match the layout of the floor we were on... In general the overall cleanliness in the whole place, especially the showers, was far from great.
